GB is a young team that too often plays like a young team. Wicks with the alignment penalty that negated that first half conversion. Not covering the FB on the last non-kneel play of the game. Holding penalty on a long Jacobs TD run, for like the 10th time this season. They gotta be a grown team next month to advance.

Maybe we’re a one and done team but we absolutely did not have a favorable schedule this season.

I mean, their best wins are against the Rams who weren’t at full strength and the disappointing Texans. The schedule has totally been in their favor.

Team is 1-6 vs winning teams this team is aversge how csn you say they are not

The best team we have beaten is a flawed Texan team. The best team Minny has beaten is us.

I don't think either of these teams are as good as their records are. Would not surprise me if Detroit blows their doors off next week.

Average teams would have lost some of those winnable games. GB has only lost to the top 3 teams in the NFC (NFL?). GB is very good, but so far this season a tier away from those 3 teams who are excellent teams.

But many teams have made a jump in January before. We'll see. Plus, boy, it's always been really hard to beat a team 3x in one season. That's what MIN or DET would have to do to get past GB in the playoffs.

In 15/16 we got annihilated against the Cards in the regular season and then took them to OT in the playoffs. Crazier things have happened. Just gotta hope Watson & Williams, and then maybe Jaire back changes things.

This is one of those times where I'm more irritated now that we made a comeback and suddenly looked competent than if we'd have just gotten clobbered. Like, **** off.

They're 11-5. They've only lost 5 games total.

Packers have the 4th best win differential in the nfc and i am confident to say theyre the 4th best team. Theyre young and dont put full games together.

They will have to figure this **** out in two weeks.

I'm not down on the D overall here. Held them to 13 in the first and would've been 10 if we didn't **** up with a penalty to give them a FG shot. had some big stops and TOs and held them to 27. it wasn't a great showing but not the reason we lost. it was the offense and penalities like the offsides on the FG. if you told me the Packers held them the Vikings to 24 or 27 points, I would've been ok with it.

Interesting thinking about the playoff seeding. Would you rather be the #6 and fly to LA vs the Rams? Or be the #7 and have a much shorter trip to PHI/DET/MIN? If it's truly one game at a time, then I'm more confident in beating the Rams, so root against the Commanders and get the #6. But looking at the whole playoffs, which we can do as fans not players, maybe it'd be best just to play the #2 and take our shot and have a much shorter trip to get back and prep for the next round.

By what definition? They’ve literally had the 4th hardest schedule in the league.

This defense has no chance against Minnesota, Philly or Detroit.

When we kicked the FG

When we went for it.

rilamann wrote:If you're going to go for it there on 4th and 2 it was still a dumb call

It was dumb not to just kick the FG.

There's a reason we're about to go 0-5 vs the top teams.

Should have kicked that FG.

I would always take the points on the road ALWAYS. Unless it's a 4th & short situation were I know I can pick up the 1st running the ball.

Like I said in real time during the game, it was dumb as hell to go for it there. And then it was compounded by the dumb play call. If you are going to be an idiot and go for it, at least call a smarter play.

I don't think trip length factors in, especially since it isn't coast to coast. There are no middle seats on team planes. 8-)
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Some of that you attribute to the Vikings laying off. We got soundly beaten by them both times at the line. Don't think the close scores in each game reflected the reality of the situation.

Maybe we can pull an upset in the playoffs, but feels like we're still a year (and some pieces) away.
