Finch always lets another team steal momentum, he’s so clueless sometimes.

Wolves starters now 2-20 on 3s with a lot of them being wide open looks.

Having a single digit 3pt shooting percentage is really hard to do.

Re: Wolves vs Spurs
That was Jaden’s 9th RB. Finch must have talked to the team about everybody rebounding because only two wolves have less than FOUR: NAW and Conley have two each. Wolves have outlet-rebounded Spurs by 9.

Re: Wolves vs Spurs
Being able to win on a ridicoulously bad shooting night from the starters is impressive.

Very lucky that the ball wasn’t swung to Harrison Barnes, but good win!

Let’s just appreciate wins over DAL, HOU and SAS! Aroooo!!
HOU and MEM lost tonight too, so we make up ground in the standings! Lots of teams in our neighborhood, but we’re 1 game out of the 5th seed.

You don’t often see a 1-11 first quarter from deep by the Wolves. Much less have it get to 2-19 from deep from the starters by the late 3rd. D3V saved this one, with help from the bench mob and a special appearance by a certain lawnmower.

Re: Wolves vs Spurs
We out-rebounded the Spurs by 15.
Jaden had his second career double double, only a few games after having his first.
I also liked Rudy’s 15 and 17, and appreciate his new clutch free throw shooting!

That was an example of some ridiculously high BBIQ there from Dante blocking off that passing lane to the corner rather than squaring up on a guy who really didn't want to shoot it in Sochan.

Re: Wolves vs Spurs
What a game from DDV. This is the guy we thought we were getting in the trade.
Super high energy all night and great decision making.
That play where he missed a 3 and then sold out sprinting down the court to break up an automatic dunk to Wemby was a game saving and momentum swinging play. He played like a winner.
We should not have won a game where Ant and Randle were both this horrible.
Stephon Castle was just atrocious in the 2nd quarter turning the ball over and ruining their offense.
4 turnovers and a -12 in just 8 minutes.
For those of us who want to see Rob, tonight we saw the pain for the other team of playing a 19 year old who just isn't ready for prime time.
The first 6 minutes of both the 1st and 3rd quarter were just horrible on both ends of the court.
Teams just hunt Julius and Mike relentlessly.
And that 3rd quarter might be the worst I've ever seen from Ant, on both ends.
Whole quarter of awful hero ball and terrible effort on defense.
On one play I saw him pass up an easy 5 footer in the middle of the lane to dribble out to the corner and chuck a 3 pointer.
When I watch tape of him this season it's like watching tape of his freshman year at Georgia.
Just no growth other than being a better 3 point shooter.
He dribbles so much trying to create an advantage that his teammates are forced to stand around and just space because they have idea how to cut or screen while he's pounding the air out of the ball.
Rudy with 11 offensive rebounds was huge, even if half of those were off his own badly missed shots.
Refs were just horrible. Spurs were just dribbling headfirst into guys in legal guarding position and falling down and getting foul calls all night long. Tonight was example 1A of the type of ticky tack officiating that slows the game down and turns fans off.
