Cavs are kicking Warriors’ butt on the road. Spida is a difference maker. He knocked down 3 3s in a row, basically destroying the Warriors.

The Cavs seem to get even better every time they step on the floor lol. No one's challenging them right now. That historic shooting of theirs hasn't even regressed. Worth noting that they've been among the healthiest teams in the league (like we were last season).

Cavs dominating a team we always struggle with. I am waiting for them to show a little chink in their armor and they haven’t done so thus far.

Our team has to start playing well. This stretch coming is a good test for them. Damn Porzingis can’t stay healthy.

Come on, it's very obvious you're a closet Knicks fan.

Why bother with the Celtics.

You think the Celtics are playing better than the Knicks right now? Knicks have an 8 game winning streak. Have shot it better as a team than the Celtics just like the Cavs. Celtics right now are playing school yard basketball with their dumb shot selection. Not even close dude. Let’s hope it changes soon.

Cavs about to attempt 50 3s against GSW.

So it's ok for the Cavs to attempt 50 3s and not the Celtics?

Joe and JT are thinking ahead.

They know they're going to need the 3s in the playoffs.

Mastering the shot in the regular season is the right strategy.

Celtics need to go on a winning streak. This win one then lose one ain’t cutting it. Need to be more consistently good.

Told you Celtics are just 4th best, based on their play.

Cavs, Knicks, and Magic are better, based on their play.

Like I said, why bother with the Celtics when there is also a forum for Knicks fans.

Dude you need to take your pom poms off. Cavs have attempted 43 3s and they don’t average 50 3 point attempts per game. That’s ridiculous. They have also made their 3s tonight while the Celtics have been brick city. You think miraculously this team is gonna turn it on in the playoffs . I gotta see them first lower that 50 3 to 40 attempts per game and you actually shoot it well consistently and play defense.

I want the Celtics to make history.

The 1995 Rockets won the finals as the 6th seed and just a 47-35 regular season record.

I want the Celtics to break that record by just being a 7th seed, a 46-36 regular season record, and end up winning the championship.

So the Celtics winning one then losing one is one pace for that 46-36 record.

Right now i would say the Cavs are the best team in the east. Not even a question. Knicks playing better than the celtics. That can all change but the Celtics have bad tendencies so far this year. Lazy, uninspiring play. This team has been called out before for that.

Lol you’re delusional if you think seeding doesn’t matter especially with this team. Anyway C’s need to start picking it up or they might just fall to a 5th seed who knows.

Cavs now 44 attempts with 4 minutes remaining.

The Celtics will do what they want, so you and I have no say on how many shots they take.

Celtics will play defense in the playoffs.

Maybe you just can't see the bigger picture, but majority of the Celtic fans believe they will turn it on in the playoffs.

Even if all the games in a 7-game series will be played in NY, Cs will still beat the Knicks 4-1.

Keep thinking that from what you seen of this team. Right now you can make an argument they’re the 3ed best team in the east based on their play.

Like I said the other day, their recent schedule (15 games) has been SOFT in capital letters: Washington, New Orleans, Charlotte and Toronto twice each (the four worst teams in the league with a combined record of 26-103). Also the star-less Orlando twice and San Antonio. Their only meaningful win in more than a month has been against Minnesota, a team barely above .500.

And the softness continues: Utah, Chicago, Orlando and Toronto are next... but also OKC twice, and then they'll have to play all the strong teams they've been avoiding.

I do give the Knicks credit for taking care of business, something the Celtics aren't.

Yup just like what he did to us sinking 3 straight 3’s. That dude is a fighter. With a crazy mamba like ability and mentality of taking over games. Something JT doesn’t have unfortunately. JT would shrink against Curry. Still have that finals trauma.

Like I said, being the best in December means nothing.

Celtics were the best in December of 2008 with a 28-4 record, but they didn't win a championship.

Wow!

So Spida has already won a championship?

Has Spida already been to the finals?

Mitchell had 23 on 60% TS vs the Warriors. JT had 32 on 67% TS. The problem for us was the rest of the team shot horribly lol (and JB and KP were out)

I find it hard to believe JT has finals trauma when JT led the Celtics in scoring, rebounding, and assists in the postseason last season.

Spida on the other hand does not have finals trauma, just trauma because he has yet to reach the finals.

Return to Boston Celtics
