Dylan Harper is #1 for me if the Raptors get a chance to draft him.

I was semi joking but defensively it's really not good
So RJ 100% would have to get moved for somebody positive on that end

Can we just fold the season and meet the NBA at the draft?

Why? What about him makes you want the Raptors to draft him?

The passing and defense are bad. He's going to suck at the next level as an empty calories type of scorer. I would rather take Edgecombe if it's between him and Ace.

I agree, my thing with VJ is that we already have so many guards on the team vying for minutes. But at this stage in our team's development drafting for fit is so far down the list that you can't really worry about it, you draft the guy you think is best and let the chips fall where they may. I think VJ brings a certain compete factor that this team sorely lacks, especially on the defensive end.

I think the obvious answer in favor of Ace is that he looks like an end of game isolation cheat code. He will shoot 45%+ in high leverage situations because he:
1. Always takes the same high difficulty shots, he's used to it.
2. Has physical traits that allow him to get a tough shot off against ANY NBA athlete.
If you have a guy that shoots a decent percentage in high leverage situation (i.e. last two minutes of a game). That's massive.
Now is it actually transferrable? I think so, but I'm not very accurate at these predictions. I'd just trust Masai.

Both good players....Kinda reminds me of a Lowry/DD duo ...Harper clearly the better all around player and you got your flashy scorer type in Bailey....
Give me any of Harper, Flagg, Bailey, Tre Johnson And id be happy. VJ as the backup if we fall hard in the draft....Id take Harper #1 though if we get it..

Damn near impossible to watch any of these guys on tv during the season.

Just say you have not watched Rutgers play. Ace plays defense and has the potential to be a good defender. Kid is 18 and folks are expecting a complete player. He plays off ball hence low assist. He has a very high ceiling. I would swing for the fences.

He’s likely an agent or something, Ace is the only guy he ever talks about and he gets offended when anyone talks about his game or post his stats

I find it hilarious how he simply refuses to create in the half court it's almost always a jumper without dribbling or a one dribble move or an alley oop. Its hilarious and you can say impressive in a way. If he showed flashes of being somewhat or a play maker he'd easily be the top pick but he's built like a small forward playing like a modern day big man who is only a shooter and nothing else.
