This team has tried to find its version of George Hill for years now. We sadly tried to resurrect the corpse of Hill because we were so desperate for good backup PG minutes.

Rollins is a good guard. He’s not a PG. Like others are saying, he’s a SG in a PG’s body.

We need to find a better backup who can reliably DRIBBLE up the court when playing with our Giannis/bench lineups when Dame is off the floor and not look like a total zero on offense.

The Cam Payne-Pat Bev-Wright revolving door has yielded an offense first guy (Payne), a solid yet headache-inducing guy (Bev), and a next-to-nothing guy (Wright).

I’ll take a Payne or Bev caliber of player as long as they can bring the ball up the court and hit the open three. I wouldn’t hate bringing Pat Bev back but I’m sure the team has different thoughts on the matter.

Getting a backup is a must before the deadline. I know that Middleton and Giannis act as our proto-PG’s when Dame is off the floor but I’d like a legitimate guard.

Khris is Perperoglou nothing more ... wtf is Perperoglou ? go search him up. He is as slow as 40 year old Melo.
He has already messed up T.Prince and AJ Green ... I told you this is gonna happen ... We were rolling without him... younger athletic ... Late checker Khris checks in ... Green barely gets 3 shots up and T.Prince forgot how to shoot ... Horst, get Khris out of here and send Brook somewhere too

Last year, yes. Now that he's in a 4 year/$97 million contract, I'd pass.

Oh no, the great Taurean Prince is messed up? Surely Middleton's fault that we were the only team to offer this wunderkind a contract.

It's still hilarious that you thought Taurean Korver Prince, who never shot over 40% from 3 for a season was going to shoot 53% from 3 this year.

Green is averaging about 5 and 1/2 shot attempts a game with or without Middleton. Obviously better for Green to play with a playmaker like Mids thats averaging 8.4 assists/36, best on the team.

I could see us going best player available if we are trading Bobby or our 2031 first much less a more valuable piece from our core.

We could use a backup PG who also can play alongside Dame (if they start at SG that’d be cool too), a versatile defending forward, and a rim runner.

Solve for any of them if not all of them that’d be great.

Nah, Perperoglou is too good. How about a mixture of Bakatsias-Mamatziolas?

Chris Tsekos > Khris Middleton. Not even close. Who writes Chris with a "K"? Ante geia.

If only Giannis had the hot hand of Sakis Tzalalis. Those were the days. Wtf is Tzalalis? Go search him up.

Coby White would give us speed, ball handling, and shooting. As we just saw, he can burn defenders off the dribble. Still needs a lot of work as a PG, but good enough to slide from SG to PG as the backup. Not great defensively, but decent.

Too bad he's probably not available.

You can only sit back and marvel. That right there is something to see is what that is. But man look, what did the Glistening Mid-range King of the Low Country do to arouse such passion? Let him cook!

I honestly can't tell anymore if you're serious. I sincerely hope not.

Get Smart, Kennard for Khris ... We need Smart as a backup pg and Kennard can replace whoever '25 Khris is.

I am all for trading anyone to make the bucks better but this would kick start the "giannis wants out of milwaukee" talk when midds who is the best player in this deal balls out for memphis in the playoffs like he did for the bucks last year.

I know who Tzalalis is ... He had a rock star look ... Haha, Bosganas better than Khris and Tzanis Stavrakopoulos gets Khris benched no doubt.

Surprised to see posts about Jaden McDaniels getting dealt on the Trade Board (even from some Wolves fans it appears):

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2426062

Not unrelatedly there is also a thread about how hard it could be for them to keep NAW given their cap situation as well as minutes available:

Would love NAW, but would need to get really creative to make it work. I tried a number of different combos and teams on trade checker. 2nd apron is a killer for trades.

What's up with Jaden's brother Jalen? Surprised no on has taken a flyer on him.

Yeah he's perfect for us, and I could see the Wolves dealing him for a PG, but i just don't see teams with extra PGs, especially in a salary slot that fits the Wolves.

Bulls beat writer Joe Cowley thinks White will be available.

White would probably take Bobby to a 3rd team plus the '31 pick. I think Ayo would be a better target and move for the Bulls to free up more time for Terry. Terry, White, and Dosunmo will be up for an upgrade in salary after next season.

Our scouting report for Dosunmu had us leaving him unguarded at the 3 point line, and it worked. No way we trade for him.

I agree with your projected price for White. Tough to swallow, but we're at least getting an established youngster. Hoping to get them to throw back a 2nd to package to get Banton.
