I never really hated Randle but he's lost a little swagger and confidence he had after we made the OG trade and right before the shoulder injury... I thought he was making progress/ on his way to be a legitimate playoffs star performer, he's regressed

People point to trading Ewing as the end but this was the actual death knell that started the doom spiral for the next 2 decades

Flipping Glen Rice for Shandon Anderson and Howard Eisley preceded that and prolonged cap hell. Pretty much all the moves then were awful and just dug the knife in deeper.
