39.3% on 3.5 3PA
81.4% on 2.7 FTA

Meant in no way to discredit jHart but kat has really helped in unlocking his full potential. Kats impact goes beyond his own numbers.

The Hart-RJ-Mitch lineups really made people think Josh Hart wasn't a good enough basketball player smh

Nah but this team construction has been done in such a way where guys are almost perfect complements of each other.

The ONLY puzzle piece missing right now is the elite rim protecting big.
New reality of Son ship!
All who receive and believe in Jesus, given the right to become children of God. Not born of flesh, but born of Spirit. The Word became flesh and dwelt among us. Glory that came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

I had a similar memory of that time and just went back to look at the post I made contextualizing the deal and how good it could be, and in retrospect it seems like it wasn't a high volume of people, but instead a few people at high volume.

Nedleeds Halliburton slobbering is the worst part about that thread. Calling us a treadmill team and wanting the pacers future instead. No apologize for being that wrong and rooting for the pacers.

Sham being right and wrong at the same time is art

It’s actually not that bad. Most people were positive about the deal. Although Nodope implied it was untradable contract. Shams was sad about not having a top 10 player. Nedleeds calling us a treadmill team, while becoming the pacers mascot. I do think a lot of ppl turned on him cuz the beginning of last season was rough.

Not that bad, mainly the usual suspects. People think that being negative makes them appear intelligent to others. That’s why the same posters are always cynical.

you're right but I also think some people are afraid to feel joy cause it takes vulnerability.

Mitch is nothing but a theory at this point. We sit around and talk about the what ifs but there is never going to be an actual experiment to test out.

that might be a fair take Guano but I dont believe it 8-)

Mitch was legitimately a DPOY level candidate before he went down last year. His effect on a Thibs D can not be understated. That said he has trouble staying healthy. But he is still young so I would not entirely give up on him either. My ideal would be to get a cheaper salary player that wont cost Mitch in a trade like Kessler or Richards maybe even Valanciunus. Stewart at 15, Poetl at 19 would definitely require Mitch going back. Valanciunas would likely cost Precious and some filler.

Mitch for Stew? Oh hell nah.
I like beef Stew but he's just an aspect of what Mitch brings. A smaller avatar if you will.
Mitch is a DPOY level and elite rebounder, At 7ft. And if he's lighter and slimmer as they say, we could be getting the old Mitch back. The one that was all over the court blocking 3pt shooters and back.

Put it this way, if Mitch was never a knick we'd be salivating at the thought of acquiring him right now... For deuce and whoever. Classic case of the grass is greener.
