The Thunder has some excellent defenders. Quick hands and they switch seamlessly.

We are going to have our hands full playing against them.

I'd like to see us try switching more; it can be extremely disruptive.

True....but even though they stole Ihart ...size still seems to bother them. I hope Thibs is paying attention.

Cavs and Celtics are too deep.

We need more quality depth to go the distance.

Need to be buyers with whatever assets we have left.

As the pacers fall 2 games under .500. And some had the audacity to say he was on or even better than Brunson.

This is why:

This man coached D'Angelo Russell into an all star berth. Developed Spencer Dinwiddie from a g league fringe talent into an NBA rotational piece. Saved Brook Lopez's career by guiding him towards becoming a stretch 5. He developed both Jarrett Allen and Caris LeVert as well, two late 1st round picks, into a legit starting center and quality wing respectively. I can go on and on.

The Cavs' roster core is the same as last year. But now they are being coached by one of the best coaches in the league who was given a raw deal by a loser, poverty franchise.

None of this is surprising to me. The Cavs are gonna be a pain in the ass from now til May.

Looks like he got Mobley right

The secret is that they aren’t that good. They’ve had the weakest schedule in the league, have the same exact team as last year, and a brand new coach and we all know new coaches have guys playing inspired for a while.

To me they look like any other team built for the regular season. We’ve seen plenty of them. I don’t think they’ll make it to the conference finals. There’s not a second round series they can play where they’ll have the best player out there. Even in the first round there’s a chance they’re behind on top end talent. They have decent depth but depth is less relevant in the playoffs.

We’ll see in April-May.

Brunson will go nuclear. We just need KAT to perform the way he does in the regular season and we beat both of these fraudulent teams

I really have a hard time believing OG said that. Was there an article? I think he and Scottie were pretty close, and OG doesn't seem to talk like that too.

It's a fan crashout throwing bombs everywhere in complete misery, you're a Knicks fan you have to know what that looks like, we've seen it a million times the past two decades.
If you'd rather see your team fail so you can be right
...you are a fan of your opinion not the team.

OKC putting Fox with SGA doesn't make sense to me. Is OKC just gonna get linked to trades because they have Hartenstein on a large contract?

Orlando makes the most sense. Other than Banchero and Franz Wagner who are both out, they just seem to have a bunch of hard working players who play defense, but none of whom stand out on their own. They also don't have much going on for point guard play. It's like a bunch of 3rd and 5th options doing the best they can with what they got. I cannot make sense of the hierarchy with their roster. Fox might help Wagner and Banchero take another step up.

Brooklyn makes sense. Fox would be a real star for them.

Spurs with Wemby? Maybe. That's another team like Orlando that doesn't really have a discernible team hierarchy other than it's Wemby's teams and he has vets like CP3 and Barnes to support him. So maybe Fox works.

Rockets for VanFleet and others?

Raptors for Quickley and others?

Sometimes you have to wait and see what happens with a guy after his rookie season. That can give you a misleading read. KP was like this.

I think they're sort of assigning motives to these guys that were not stated. That Masai got rid of guys to clear the decks for Barnes, more than the players themselves coming out against Barnes.
