I think Goga is the future starter, but I don't think he played better than WCJ tonight.

why can't we get more time out of JI? why? it's so frustrating when we can surely use him for defensive purposes at the end of the game but he's just not available and no one knows why.....no reporter asks....dude is one of the highest paid players on the team but we can't get more than 15 minutes out of him.....houstan played 27 minutes......i mean it's been weeks since JI has been back from injury.....why isn't his minutes increasing?

Kendra just said Suggs would play hard through a broken leg. That was in poor taste after what happened to Ivey.

I get what happen was tragic, but she likely wasn't thinking of Ivey when she said that. We need to calm down here.

Just watching Jalen on defense is a piece of art.

You could tell she wished she could take it back afterward.

For as bad as this game was the iron fixation on Goga or WCJ or even Cole when TDS was by far not close the worse player on the floor for either team is wild to me.

If everyone is healthy, TDS is a borderline rotation player. With Moe being out, he may make the rotation.

TDS is not a borderline rotation player. It is okay to say he was the worst player tonight. God forbid we don't beat on the usual punching bags in a game thread lol.

TDS will be fine. He is a rookie and had a rookie game. Every player goes through growing pains. Of course, fans see a bad game and they bail on that player, but if they have a good game, they are praised. Comes with the territory. TDS will be solid here for years and perennial haters will just have to deal with it.

TDS TS%: 52.9%
Knecht TS%: 59.1%

I preferred Knecht by a long mile but didn't expect Tristan to struggle on offense...

TDS is skilled but limited due to a lack of athleticism and age.

TDS shooting will get better imo but he needs to finish strong inside. Has very nice moves to get there and goes up weak like Paolo did kinda

Didnt know 24yrs is already old...

But yeah... he needs the offseason gym to transform his body. He is too slow for the SF role and too small for the PF role.

Not sure if you are talking to me, but I don't think TDS won't be fine because he had a bad game tonight. I just think its funny that we have 16 pages of blame game and TDS isn't mentioned in place of the normal players, some who weren't even that bad contextually.

No one is blaming him, but I think we expect too much from him when he probably wouldn't be in the rotation if we were 100% healthy.

Goga/Wendell
Paolo/Moe
Franz/Isaac
KCP/Harris
Suggs/Black

TDS had a bad game. He isn’t great at anything but has Good BBIQ, Good Shooting, and all around game.

We don’t need a starting forward. He looks like he can/will be a solid combo big off the bench. We can’t pay everyone 20 million a year.

52.9 TS% is nowhere near ‘good shooting’ in 2025

Pistons fan here.

Stewart is an idiot at times but there's no way you can look at that play and think that Anthony did anything on purpose.

Everyone from the Pistons and Magic alike were huddled around together with concern for the guy while he was being attended to. There's no bad blood there.
