Btw, still no playable point guard on this team with McCain out which means we are forced to give ballhandling duties to Maxey (fine most of the time) and Paul George (a disaster).

Not a game we should've lost, but oh well. Can't believe I was up for this.

At least we saw PG step up. Oubre would've been nice to have, but I wanted this one.

I hate watching Maxey so bad when the game gets close you knows he’s gonna throw up some crap shot - McCain‘s gonna be twice the player he is

Haven't had a real PG since Andre Miller.

When teams dig in defensively in the 4th quarter this team collapses. We've seen this for many years. It was the same with Brett and Doc.

If you're not going to have a real PG, you better have more than one shot creator.

You could possibly run some plays?? The last three minutes was just amateur hour. It was disgraceful.

Lots of good to take away from this one, but that closing was bad.

I know this won't be popular because Maxey is as big a culprit as any for this loss down the stretch... But every possession in those late stretches should've gone through Maxey. He had some issues, but George just seems completely lost... Even as a person that should help create passing angles for when Maxey is trapped inevitably. The setup for those traps offensively is actually flawed by the coaches. Their plan was to use Caleb as a screener up top and that just led to several problems. Just brought an extra defender... Then the one iso up top at 50 second they had Yabu and Martin in the paint on opposite sides creating no drive option to the rim and Maxey should've went for a step back, but that was the only option that play gave him, which was dumb.

If they're going to bring a guy up to screen for him, it should be George who they may not leave and if they do would be open to create a shot. You're also supposed to try to slip those when you know their plan.

Teams should just trap us all game. We will inevitably piss ourselves against any type of pressure. It’s gone from absurd to comical.

Congrats to the coach for 17 mins of his binkie giving us absolutely nothing once again. It’s like having a PG version of PJ Tucker that teams don’t have to guard at all.

I really doubt if this team can survive this time by not handing Thunders this lottery pick ... what a joker ...

Oh, I agree. I didn't like Brett and Doc...and I've been completely unimpressed with Nurse.

I've never thought there is one coach who could be as bad as Brett and Doc ... until I see Nick Nurse ...

It’s always one guy dribbling and 4 standing around. There’s no motion whatsoever. It’s just amateur stuff.
