Re: Game 31: Sixers vs Kings
Didn’t watch the game - I refuse to stay up for WC games. But this franchise should be studied for its tendency to blow leads. It’s been like 6-7 years of this sh*t & it keeps happening with different coaches, different players, and different opponents. It’s completely baffling.

Can’t win without a real PG SO sick of Maxey he’s a spaz
He's playing in an offense without it's best player, that he relies on. Maxey was why we won most our games against the Knicks, he's the most clutch player we have. Looked terrible today though. I blame that more on personelle and coaching, and a little on Maxey.

There's a common denominator over the years in the stagnant offense and incessant choking.

Re: Game 31: Sixers vs Kings
I get that Maxey isn’t a natural PG but it’s really hard for me to be that critical of him with the lineups we give him when Embiid is out. The modern NBA formula is to pair a dynamic guard with a PnR partner but our back up centers give us absolutely nothing. No vertical spacing, no shooting range, no playmaking ability in the midpost.
Yabu at the 5 has shown some success because he can shoot and make a solid read attacking a rotating defense.

I would actually almost consider it. He might be a good fit.

Not sure how much influence the owner has (or wants) over offensive game plans, unless we're talking about Jerry Jones... but sure.

Makes too much money. New rules prohibit apron teams from signing expensive guys in the buyout market. Don't remember the specifics, though.

Teams aren't going to learn two different offensive schemes, regardless of 76ciologys dreams

I miss the good things that Ben Simmons did for us. He'd be a great fit here now.

We’ve been winning a lot of games recently, while there’s a lot of negative talks about the Kings. This led Bet360 to liquidate all their Sixers longs and Kings shorts.

Really what are you going to do when the game is on the line. You can't have Ben bringing the ball up because as soon as he touches it he will be fouled. If we are lucky he might make one of the FT's and then what have him out there on defense, knowing that he is a liability on offense?
You want it to be one way....but it's the other way.
