He was home for the first and the main guard in the second.

Utah oddly didn't defend Hart with their point guard which would have made things difficult. Against bad teams this will work but those 6 turnovers were alarming.

Too bad for them. Really rough.

Yea, they f'd up. Knicks capitalized

Leon needs to win executive of the year. I was skeptical when he was first hired, same for every Dolan hire.... But the work be has done has been as spectacular.

The past year has been incredible.

He put together a great management team. But remember, his first year here was brutal (Obi, Evan, Kemba, resigning Noel and Burks) but that was with Perry still leading the charge. IQ was a nice get. Since Rosas came on and started managing our trades our moves have all been **** dyn-o-mite. Rosas came on right before the 2022 trade deadline and has presided over the Brunson, iHart, Hart, Bogdanovic, OG, Bridges, and KAT acquisitions. That's a hell of a run. Perrin and Aller seem to have been great hires as well.

This is to say that maybe Rosas deserves it even though Leon also does.

That first year was very questionable and you wonder how much input Perry had. Kemba, Evan, Noel, Burks all seem like Perry moves...Obi probably just have to blame Leon for that one.

Things have been much better since Rosas came on board so that cant be all a coincidence. Lots of props to him and everyone else in the front office. Perry seemed like a good guy, just not a good basketball decision maker and we needed to move on. Overall our front office hierarchy is set up much better with good people all around.

I think Perry was good with finances and asset management. When Rose came on he arrived to clean books and a surplus of picks which was a far better situation than Jackson left. He just wasn't that great at talent picking. Having hired Aller, who's a step up from that, we didn't need him anymore.

Leon's done a great job of putting people in roles where they'll excel.
