An all-NBA player like Siakam, Derozan, Lowry is perfectly fine, never said otherwise. Tatum/Brown level, even better.

Just wanna say that Tatum and Brown are so **** overrated because they have a stacked supporting cast.

Naa come on, how can you say they are overrated? Sure they have a stacked team but that doesn’t change how talented they are. Especially Tatum. Not too long ago they were in a game 7 against prime LeBron.. leading as rookies

You can make a case for Brown being overrated cause of his ridiculous contract
Put Tatum or Brown on this iteration of the Raptors, what do you think happens?

(I'm genuinely asking)

Like just straight up add or replace 2 guys? Straight add we are obviously an elite team with just an abundance of good players + depth.
What an absolute failure and disaster this franchise is, ran by one of the most incompetent front offices in the league.

I disagree. There is not enough space creation for a player like Jaylen to do anything of substance.

Tatum is an elite player and would make the Raps better but his efficiency would likely drop significantly.

Tatum's averaging 28/9.5/5.5 on 60 TS%..that has got to be tier 2 level. I think it would be really hard to make a case for him being a #3 guy or tier 3 player.

He's pretty much never in top 5 considerations (Giannis, Shai, Embiid, Doncic, Jokic). So tier 2 seems just about fine to me.

Pretty sure Tatum finished 5 in MVP last year, but whatever.

MVP is partially team based. Boston was the #1 team last year. If Boston finished last in the league, Tatum doesn't even sniff the top 10. That doesn't mean Tatum magically went from a top 5 player to a below top 10 player.

Embiid has been facing injuries the last 1.5 years, which has bumped him down.

Wemby will probably surpass him soon, if not already. Tatum's probably considered at the top of the next line of players (Ja Morant, Brunson, Anthony Edwards, Donovan Mitchell, De'Aaron Fox). If you think he should be below all these guys, then yeah, maybe he's overrated. If you think he's above all these guys, then he's rated just fine.
