It would be great for a win tonight but what I would like to see in barometer games like this is a sense of the team finally getting it together against tougher competition. Get their X's and O's in order, execute at a high level, look cohesive out there, etc.

It's January which is the month many of us had circled to start judging this team. It starts tonight.

I'm feeling like we're not ready. I think Towns needs to show he can behave calmly in big moments and put the final nail in the opponent's coffin. He's got to prove that still and he has all the other stuff lined up. Just a matter of closing.

Brunson is hit and miss a little but mostly clutch. I feel like Bridges will be pretty good the rest of the way.

Still all that said, I think we're not entirely there yet.

It's interesting because we all have our suspicions on how ready we think our Knicks are or on what will happen...
It's one thing when youre dealing with a team that has been playing together for a year or two like almost all of these top rated nba teams. Our team is still evolving as a unit. Therefore, we really dont know how they will respond to what OKC throws at them.
I do know one thing. Our team will respond back with their best shot "today". A best shot that will continue to get stronger and become -more cohesive KG...

This Thunder "13 game win streak" is so stupid. Their loss to the Bucks in the NBA Cup counted as a regular season game in the standings, so this notion that it doesn't count for win streak purposes is ridiculous.

The reality is they've won 8 in a row, and 13 of their last 14 (which is still great).

That is stupid and more reason to get rid of the stupid Cup

Someone mentioned wanting them in the first round and I really really hope that lines up. I don't hate Trae like others. I enjoy the drama he brings. Its good for the game. That said I want that smoke in the first round. Demons need exercised.
