I’ve said my thoughts on Thibs like others have, but instead of firing Thibs we should do what the Celtics did with Brad Stevens and just “relocate” him to a different position in the organization. Brad’s record with the Celtics was 354-282 btw.

We get rid of Thibs without staining his image, the team’s image, both parties still work together & it will benefit us in the long run. The biggest hurdle would be finding the proper coach on short notice but I assume any coach taking over at the very least would be more balanced with minute distribution.

It’s probably this. Same against OKC. If you watch again, OG was absolutely gassed in the 4th when they squandered the lead.

The entire starting 5 was in the game, down 15 when KAT got an and 1 and left the game with 1:36 on the clock.

Down 15 and the starters were in, Rose's knee injury happened down 12 with a minute and change left. This dumb ass has learned nothing.

He is a problem. It's never gonna change either. I'm ready for a new HC.

Atkinson and Bryant could have been a 100% threepeat for us... Cutting, Penetrating, Passing... What Phil preached but failed to incept

Excellent. Hopefully the losing streak continues. Maybe 10 games.

Hart to the bench and either McBride or a new player via trade in the starting lineup

Richards, Martin and Micic for Robinson, Payne and another scrub of ours would still be better than what we have and Kolek needs to play in a worst way along with TJ Warren

Trade Brunson for bench depth

If only Simms and Suckporti played 40 minutes, Knicks would have won

Yea, we need a bench..,

Not sure how that's going to happen. At least, how it might happen this year. I don't think Huk or Dad move the needle that much. McBride is our only good bench player. Mitch coming back would help. At least we'd have 7 players when healthy not 6.

1-5 the Knicks are probably the best team in the league, or very close.

trade precious or a second (or both) for Jonas Valunciunas
Mitch, deuce, shamet, Jonas, Payne

Thibs could use a 6th center. That would solve the too many minutes problem for Brunson, Bridges, Hart and OG.

no Cavs player plays more than 31 mins and they are all fresh and ready to go each game against anyone

Atkinson and Bryant have been the only addition to that Cavs team with the same roster and the results are evident… props to the posters who advocated for Atkinson as our head coach

Atkinson was being groomed by D’Antoni when he was here. Guy is a real solid coach.

Because no one sh*t on D'Antoni when he was here. Not a single poster.

My understanding is that Brunson is playing with a sore foot. If that’s the case, that would explain why he’s getting beaten on defense more frequently.

Any sane NBA coach would single him out. He’s our weakest link on defense. I still love this team.

Worse defense and shot selection than Randle. Team rots from the head down. Time to trade Little Randle before he tanks his value.

These are the best times on the board. Really looking forward to the next few days, and the next 4 losses (at least) in a row.

Our problem is the bench. If our starting 5 is ample rested, we can beat anybody and are arguably 2nd best team in the NBA . But when we have no legs, we can lose to bum teams like Chicago, Utah, and Atlanta. Strengthening the bench will be the final component to building a true championship contender.

Turned off the game when the Bulls took the lead and got some rest

Woke up to this thread which tells me I left at the right time

Lord have mercy on these Knicks because Thibs rotation management is like this classic photo of the Montparnasse train wreck when it pulled into the train station building and kept going
