New owners obviously wanted no part of being a 2nd apron team. Maybe the owners said if they won last year then they’d consider keeping it together but they flopped.

The new owners are stupid. Wolves were a top contender just last year with their franchise player just 22y/o and rapidly improving every year. They would have had as good a chance to win a title this year as any team if they kept KAT.

Easy for you to say.

You're not the one who's going to pay KAT 171m in a span of 3 years.

Not all NBA teams focus on championships.

Some franchises are content with just making money.

KAT is not the first star big man the Wolves traded.

Remember KG?

I call BS on this, most stars are not going to want to waste their careers away playing for a mediocre franchise that doesn't care about the team and only their pockets. What money are they going to make when Ant is gone? This guy already looks disgruntled and like he is about to force his way out of town any day now:

Blake Griffin and Dirk Nowitzki are joining Taylor Rooks for Amazon's Studio Coverage of the NBA.

Like I said, if it's not about money then why did they trade KAT when they just made western conference finals and Randle is not better than KAT.

You really think the Wolves care about Ant leaving?

Wolves are used to having top 3 picks.

I'm sure it was about the money, but they are still stupid to think getting cheap on the team will work out of them. Ant will take the move as a slap in the face to him and want out.

And that's why the Wolves have not gone to the finals yet.

Not too many NFL coaches get fired for winning a game, but Jerrod Mayo is on the list.

Pellies Win Again, take both from the Wiz. Washington back to worst, only team with 6 wins and Celts back to owning #31 pick!

So that went good, at least

Now that Kawhi is back, maybe Coffey is available now.

Amir Coffey would be perfect for the Cs and Joe would play him.

Clips already invested money on DJJ and Mann.

So maybe Coffey can be had for Spring's contract and a pick.

Kyrie has bulging disc in his back and Luka struggling to put weight on his calf.

Health will be a big factor this season.

I’ll be damned! Seriously, who is trying to end the NBA? It feels like someone is praying on its downfall. This is stupid!!

Players are just bigger, stronger, and faster.

Muscles can be strengthened, but tendons, cartilage, and bone can't be reinforced.

It's like putting the engine of a race car on an ordinary car.

The car will eventually break down because the engine is too powerful for the ordinary car.

Meh, they must not put in the work! Have you seen those monks, they don’t get hurt after self beatings or fire type shenanigans. Time to hit some of them up, I’m sure we can find one who will take some money to help.

The Knicks are frauds. Hope we meet them in the playoffs, it would be a quick and easy series.
