Was never like this, not even during the Kahn/Rambis years.
Keep watching

Re: 35: Clippers at Wolves
I did not like the last 3 min where ANT play hero ball ( and NAZ playing dumb...) as it may not works often . But 1st quarter apart, we play great basket ball for 33 min. Real defense, ANT passing the ball well, rebounding... Rudy with 18 boards...this is something we should see every night. When we play this way, we can win a lot of games.
Not surprising that we play well when Randle is a non factor. As soon as we trade him, this team will be good again. Randle- Ant just doesn't work. Hope TC realize it.

Re: 35: Clippers at Wolves
Mike is definitely not fitting with ANT and Randle. They keep the ball way too long, then he is not involved, get cold and is useless. Mike is great when he got the ball, initiate the offense and get shoot. Actually he is a much better fit from the bench, playing with NAZ, NAW, Donte.. and Rudy.

Re: 35: Clippers at Wolves
Things I like:
I actually think a couple of the lineup combos they got to make a lot of sense. Dante, Ant, McDaniels, Randle, and Gobert adds another shooter/spacer to that lineup that Conley can't bring consistently. Then the Conley, Ant, McDaniels, Naz, Gobert lineup also makes sure that we have multiple creators and shooters on the floor at the same time. These are lineups that McDaniels and Gobert can work in "better" than some of the other lineups we have been playing. Then on top of this you add in the bench trio lineups with Randle and McDaniels or Minott or whomever and all of a sudden there's a couple of lineups that seem to work or that could work and make sense.
The other thing is that I think bringing Conely off the bench allows him to get a feel for the game and learn how he needs to assert himself, whether it's important he is decisive as a scorer and takes more of a back seat. I also think it allows him to take possessions and get himself going. I think that could work really well instead of being apart of the starting lineup while they feel themselves out and he's not really sure how he needs to assert himself on that night.

I could see Det, LAL, Miami, and others being interested. Obviously the other names moving is a factor.

Re: 35: Clippers at Wolves
Gobert was a mix bag for me tonight. Some good dunks with 18 rebounds. Wolves could had found him a few more times. He also showed off his hands of steel with a few mis rebounds and shots.
Love that we finally played Gobert, Naz, JMac, Ant, and Conley with significant minutes. Team is still a little sloppy. Some of the passes are still too late. I am glad to see Randle getting the ball in low post but surprised by how ineffective Randle was scoring from it.

Rudy was good tonight at rebounding. Specially against the leading rebounders in the league this year. I also appreciate tonight the screen he set up for ANT, Mike. Finally ANT being able to use Rudy screen is great to see.
IF we are lucky enough to find suitor for Randle, would like to see the line up below :
-Rudy-Jaden-ANT-NAZ- New PG (or DDV)
- Mike-NAW-DDV or ANT.NAZ-Rudy

Gobert really just has to simplify his game. He had some of his best offensive rebounding and activity that I've seen, especially after the first quarter. I remember on a play in the 1Q he tried to flop contact on an offensive rebound instead of just going for the ball when the guy on him who got the rebound was like 6'6. Later in the game he was jumping over people for offensive rebounds and throwing his body into traffic. When he does this and if there's anyone on him or he has to dribble he passes it out... this is great. When he tries to make any kind of move or dribble... I want to pull my hair out... it's an auto turnover or wild shot.
