Too many critics acting all pretentious and whatever...I liked it

Haven't watched, I found season 1 too depressing. Is Season 2 a direct sequel?

Yep a direct sequel that takes place years later. I didn’t find it too depressing cause some of the anime we watch are darker hehe

I did. Beautifully animated but damn, it was hard for me to keep track of all the storylines and time skips.

Peak writing as always. I have no idea what was happening in those last 3 pages but I have serious questions about who Fumiko actually is because it's clear she's not human.

Crack theory:

Fumiko contracted the future devil to see her death, the one that appears at the end is her in the past seeing her future and deciding who to side with at the end.

That makes sense because I have no clue how this is happening.

I need to revive this thread to talk about One Piece, because I'm beginning my manga binge of Egghead...

HOT DAMN THIS ARC IS CRAZY. Oda is the goat.

Spoiler:
-So much death...so much death. Eustace, Trafalgar Law, Garp...just all done well.

-I love the fights. Pumps people up so much.

-Revisiting Kizaru, Sentomaru...yes.

-Zoro fighting Lucci...yes!

-Kuzan and Garp...I love that backstory too.

-The backstory for the will of D., Ponyglyphs...I feel none of it disappoints. Sabo too...damn hot DAMN.

-Imu...I hope Imu lives up to the role.

It was dope. Though it felt rushed. Though that might be because I just wanted more.

The ending of Chainsaw Man Part 1 alone is worth continuing on after that happens.

If the series ended there I'd have been satisfied. But Part 2 is incredible with no signs of slowing down

Which one? The original or The Thousand Year Blood War?

If it's the original, yes, but the animation hasn't aged well on the early episodes. Also, there is a lot of filler that interrupts storylines so you'd have to skip around to get back to the story.

If it's TYBW, absolutely. It's a movie quality production and the author of the series added more original content to flesh the story out. It's a 10/10 adaptation

Alright I'll give it a shot. Tbh, Bleach's story hasn't appealed to me ever since S1...at some point, it's basically seeing how creative, cool, and OP the bankais get.

Hmm so I finished it...yea, the production value is definitely higher and I think there's some cool backstory, but basically, just creative battles. I don't think I feel any emotion when I watch it. Just...this is cool.

I don't think it can hold up anymore to something like Demon Slayer unfortunately. Still gonna watch it because Bleach was basically part of my childhood, but yah.

What are you all watching these days?

For the Dragonball fans, what are ya’ll feelings on ssj4 that was introduced in the latest episode of Dragonball Daima? I think this is the real Super Sayian God that Beerus saw in his dream. I think the final episode ends with the fighters have their memories wiped before returning to Earth Realm hence Goku having no recollection of it.

Feels like there's too much stuff rolling out. Can't keep track...Solo Leveling, this new DareDevil (Marvel better NOT EFF this up), Severance, Invincible

I dunno about Dragon Age. I want to like it, but it really is mid. EA really effed it up by changing directions, and I hate how they let go of so much talent at BioWare. I'm worried about Mass Effect 5. Life is short...I might just need to pivot to FFVII. They have this really new studio at EA that was supposed to be making an Iron Man game...I hope they don't eff that one up.
