I don't know when we see the bottom of the barrel, but it's getting clearer and closer with each wasted effort.

This is not the same Suns team from the first 11 games of the season. It’s almost like they purposely been trailing and playing worst lately to spark any type of trade cause they know their an easy first round exit team. Well, they got what they wished for.

I missed most of those games but all of those were very close. The team was 8-1 and barely had a positive point differential. That was very weird. And from what I read on here, they weren't really playing well. Is that right?

Home crowd needs to let them know the next game at Phoenix. They need to let Ishbia know he's done an awful job. He can't get away with it and keep blaming the coaches. He is the main responsible for this mess.

Absolutely no chance he owns this debacle. He won't fess up to it even though it's as plain as the nose on his damned face. If he wants to save this team and fan base, from imploding against him, he needs to come out plainly and admit that his moves were, despite their best intentions, wrong for the team.

Period. Full stop.

Trade KD and Beal. Keep Book. Get a real leader. Budenholzer needs to absolutely LAY INTO this team in the press conference. Softest team in my lifetime. The Ulis / Chriss teams at least played hard.

Booker needs to go. He's the only real piece we have to rebuild the team. The problem with that is James Jones and Mat Ishbia are still in control of the team and will find a way to ruin it somehow.

We are doomed for the duration of time Ishbia owns the team. Things are NOT going to get better until all three of those contracts are off our books.

This team quit on Vogel when he got tough on them last year.

Yes, most of those games were very close, but Suns played better defense and actually led in those games. Fast forward to past 15 games and Suns led maybe against Warriors and Nuggets throughout the game but other games were trailing constantly and looked vulnerable. It’s just feels day and night watching our first 13 games and now our last 13-15 games. There’s no urgency or fight with our team they look lost and miserable out there.

And then he has Funn out for Beal almost the entire 3rd quarter and Charlotte goes on their run. The suns lost their lead when the big 3 were on the floor together!!

Play Oso and even Bol over Plumlee. Play Dunn with whichever of the 2 stars. This isn't hard.

Reporters need to hammer the stars at this point. I'm fed up. Don't tell me about coaches and rotation pieces. We have overhauled this **** ver and over again. The coach and rotation isn't forcing you to toss the ball directly t the other team because you don't care to look before passing it. The coach and rotation don't determine whether you play hard or box out.

We'd literally have a title if somebody other than DA was willing to get a **** rebound. This team is GARBAGE

You're right about playing hard and playing smart. But my point about Budenholzers' rotations is that he kept sneaking Beal in with Booker and KD, and all too often Dunn, Ighodaro, and Okogie he kept sitting on the bench. Our big three could really care less. And that attitude filters down to everyone else EXCEPT Dunn, Ighodaro, and Okogie. All three play with energy and urgency. And their attitudes filter down to counter the big 3s' apathy and indifference. When anyone goes back and watches the tape, it's fairly easy to see that Charlotte made their runs when he had Beal, Booker and KD out there playing together. Beal should not be playing on the floor at the same time with Booker and KD. It should have been Jones, Booker, Dunn, KD, and Plumlee and Nurkic were a wash, so I'd swap out both with Ighodaro to make it Jones/ Booker/ Dunn/ KD/ Ighodaro.

our worst moments were when Budenholzer tried to go full offense with no defenders and the Hornets got into their rhythm easily. We got no stops and then our big three struggled to make shots and the rest of the team lost confidence as a result. Then fell back into apathy and played passively and folded again! Beal is just also a negative influence on the court too often underperforming and not really defending. Lastly, our center rotation will be our downfall.

You guys are all great and I appreciate the commentary we all share with this team, but I have to be honest here: I'm pretty checked out and don't know if I'm going to watch another game this season. I've seen about enough of this crap and force feeding myself another dose every few days might be more than my heart and sanity can bear.

Yes! Ishbia clearly owns this mess. And many of us here spoke out vehemently about this too, But Ishbias' hubris will destroy this franchise. It's not entirely the coach's fault too. But his rotations still suck after 31 or so games in when it's clear to see the rotations that help fuel energy and urgency. Yes, this team needs to be blown up so we can rebuild! But in the meantime, the simple calculus is to not sit the young, hungry players that actually defend and fight on every possession to cater to our 50 million dollar divas who have shown they could care less about losing or even giving a reasonable effort when on the court. Ighodaro, Dunn, and Okogie all care and play very hard, yet in this game, our coach kept sitting them and bringing in Beal, while sitting Dunn, Ighodaro, and Okogie. All so Beal could play with Booker and KD on the court together.

And when he did that, there was no defense on the court. Our big three were passive. Booker scored well for a bit but then stopped shooting to focus on passing, which he wouldn't of had to do IF he had only put in the starting lineup that got us our lead in the first place. Jones could've set KD and Booker up while Beal focused on scoring off the bench. Then KD struggled again, and Beal predictably underperformed again. And Coach Bud left all of our energizing defenders on the bench, so we struggled offensively but also had no defense for Charlotte's runs either. I get that he was gifted this cluster**** of a roster. But it's basic basketball to utilize the players who performed well and got you a lead. And common sense to put in your defenders to slow down or stop the opposition's runs. I don't blame Coach Bud for our current outcome (record and seasonal struggles, roster, etc).

But he could have done a much better job in this game by simply doing what he did yesterday and keeping Beal with the bench rather than folding and playing him heavy minutes alongside of KD and Booker. He could of also chosen to at least put defenders in the game to slow down or maybe even stop charlottes' numerous runs. Our team has many critical issues that will end our season early. He only plays a small part alongside countless others. :dontknow:
