Anyone interested interested in Josh Okogie or Javonte Green ? The only downside is that they are kind of short to play sf but that never stopped JHart to play big. Anyway food for thought.

I think there's a date late February where we can squeeze in another vet mini and stay under the apron. It has been mentioned on here a lot but, people seem to not see it. Other than that we cannot add anyone to the roster unless it's a trade for matching salary that's already here. The only other way to add a different player would be the two way contract shuffle I believe.

It's not a rule. It's prorated vet mini salary the rest of the year that fits under the apron. We can bring in any player available on a vet mini deal after a certain date. I have heard the 26th but, the actual date has never been established. So it could very well be March 2nd. There is math involved. I haven't tried to do it because it will happen when it happens right around the aforementioned dates.

Yea 4 team deals are rare, and it’s unlikely, but I hope Leon & Co try to get creative like this and work some kind of magic.

I know Cp3 wants his minutes too, but I’d think he’d prefer a ring.

Suns fan here with a random question. Do you see any correlation of how the Suns are run now to how the Knicks were being run under Isiah Thomas? Big name brand offensive players that don’t fit well together, poor team chemistry, reckless spending in regards to the salary cap/luxury tax, coaching drama and just an overall losing & uninspiring vibe?

Oh this is 100% what I expected. Great talent, great drafts, bad crippling contracts, no assets, and pending doom knowing that multiple teams are going to enjoy your lotto picks. Bradley Beal was the most IT thing to do of all time.
Just wait for the Booker for Zion trade where Zion removes the weight clause from the contract...

As a former point guard he should’ve known that piling up on ball-dominant players won’t improve the team. The Suns are stacked even without Beal. Imagine them with OG and Bridges instead Being who he is, however, he is too vain to learn from his mistakes.

This is the guy that added Zach Randolph to Marbury, Curry and Crawford. Thought that there was no problem with Jalen Rose, Marbury and Steve Francis.

Rockets seem to have several players the Knicks could use.

I'm sure they'd rather group a few of these players for an actual good player, instead of the slightly warmed over feces the Knicks can trade them.

Maybe they'd like some picks.

Probably more likely pat the rat gets trades him to Washington or some scrub team out of spite and that team buys him out.

I think the answer for the Spurs is easiest… they get a recent first with good upside in Dadiet (fellow countryman of Wemby’s too) for a 39 year old pg. I’m sure getting Wemby some playoff experience may be nice n all, but I think they’d be better off with another high pick this year too.

Hornets seem like they’re tanking tho and Richards is OTB for 2nd round picks according to reports. Combine that with the report of tanking teams being interested in Mitch, and I figured it’s a decent match. I don’t think Mitch would mind backing up Williams as he slowly returns from injury either.

Kings I haven’t followed much since Christie took over, but knew Keon wasn’t getting good minutes consistently and they really need frontcourt help. Their backup pg’s are kinda meh too. I posted a Sims for Keon deal a few weeks ago, so it’s just an expansion of that, but I guess that’s out the window after seeing Keon’s been tearing it up. Wish Leon made that move before this happened.
