1) With 20 seconds left and the Bucks with the ball, I think Doc took Giannis out. I didn't see him on the court, but the Bucks announcers didn't say anything. Brook got fouled and then Giannis reappeared. If I'm right, I don't blame Doc. If I'm wrong, I blame Doc.

2) Green needs to be told to take some two point shots. He's too easy to guard against a good defensive team. He needs to drive and pop, like a mini Middleton.

3) Bucks shot 52% to the Magic 43%. Bucks shot 36% on threes, yet still almost lost. A few more Giannis free throws would have helped but the offense wasn't bad.

4) Middleton wasn't bad, but he's far from being a third wheel on a playoff team right now.

Definitely agree with 2), I (maybe ridiculously) think he has the potential to be our 3) player if he is used more/develops more offensively. Seeing his team-D improve to match his always decent man-D I would think it happens.

As for 4), I think he's playing sore. I wonder if he was aiming to be pain-free, now he isn't and he just has to work through that mentally. As long as nothing flares up too much I think he'll be OK when it counts.

Exactly. What have his shooting coaches been watching his entire career? He might as well not do anything with his lower body. All of that nonsense is just throwing off his shot.

He should shoot like Ray Allen at the line. Do your stupid little routine that isn't necessary, barely bend your knees and gain your balance, then shoot and lift off your toes.

But Giannis and Dame need that help. Wish Trent and Green could be more consistent players.

Would definitely help to have any big out there other than Brook or Bobby. A Scott Williams type, if you will. Kurt Thomas was the newer iteration

Ersan is only a phone call away.

And he is only 18 so he has room to grow.

That is every post player in the league.

Thoughts:
*Banchero sounds like a chalupa from t. bell but that cat can play
*Never saw a dude miss like 10 ft and still get 40.. GA is a monster.. he is getting real position under and using real big man footwork to get dunks.. that step through made me jizz a little
*Never saw a dude make like 8 fgs and still get 30 points -- Dame cold as a MFer.. quietest 30 ever.. also good D except when a screen comes he like panicks and loses like 3 steps coming around it and can't challenge
*K.M. in less min is kinda scary.. he came downhill strong and some nice passes to GA off that.. closed out nice late game on a 3 miss that would have been back breaking

Right, this easily could have been blown open if guys were hitting 3s.. green, trent, midds, dame, bobby... everyone was short, off or scared to pull the trigger

Cant believe you cant spend your off season in a gym some where shooting 1000s of fts.People improve their J by spending off seasons working on it.Cant see how you cant do the same with FTs

I'm semi-convinced he's shot so many in practice over the years that he straight up overthinks them and ends up bricking them.
Also apparently, Spanoulis helped him with his middle back in Greece over the summer. Couldn't he have helped him with his fts too?

Some European clumsier bigs shoot FTs off the glass. Can't be worse. Just have to call bank b4 the 1st one of the game so everyone knows it's on purpose

On point 2 I missed an obvious one. I probably saw Shaq do it. They would bring guys in the game that usually dont play just to use fouls up and not foul out all of their front court starters. Remember EJ, Santiago and Prizbilla trying to cover Shaq? Poor guys lol

There's a definite possibility of all of this. But there's no doubt he has been working on it. Says every off season. However, what he's doing isn't working.

Nice win last night . I thought they let Orlando be really physical last night. A lot of grabbing and pushing. Or it could me being a bucks homer!
Somebody mentioned earlier how many times our players leaving people wide open , its amazing how many times our guys get confused when switching ,
If Brook just hold the ball high there would be no chance for it to get swiped at the end of the game, they love to make us sweat it out! Quite frankly I don't trust this team in close out situations!

Giannis doesn’t need a shooting coach on free throws he needs a sports psychologist. It’s like the yips in baseball.

Yep. He also needs to practice them when he's tired.

I will forever believe the issue is that ridiculous routine. He should be taking 2 seconds to shoot, not 10+. The longer he takes, the more he overthinks it. Just get it and shoot it.
