GT #36: Wizards @ Bulls 8pm 1/10/2025

New Year, new opportunities for Jared Butler who scored a career high 26 points on 11-19 shooting, including 3-3 from three-point range the last game against the 76’ers. He added 4 rebounds and 7 assists to just 1 turnover & did all that in 20 minutes. Let’s see if he can do it again in Chicago.

Go Wizards!!

The bulls used the 4th pick on Patrick Williams and he just looks like an oaf. Strange fact is that he is shooting 40% from 3 for his career.

Poole 5-7 from 3 in the first half. All these 3s should be interesting to other teams.

Butler showing out again.

I remember debating Jalen Smith vs. Deni Avdija at draft time.

Most said Smith wouldn'tbe a good pro. Smith is a serviceable player.
Tre Johnson is the future of the Wizards.

A couple of positives from last night. Kyshawn made 4 3s :o and the Pels beat the Sixers for their 8th win.

Didn't watch this one. Box score says Butler/Champagnie/JV were the team's best players when out there (yet again), Kyshawn actually hitting 3s (Hurrah!), Kuzma, Carrington, Coulibaly, Kispert had bad games. No idea who was playing defense with brains and energy.

For them, Vuc, Lavine, Giddey did well.

The lackadaisical effort by several players...
Repeatedly allowed open shots
And some dumbass TOs
They played their age.

Kyshawn and Butler looked okay.
Now Bilal can't hit a shot.
Bub also brickin'

The goal of a high pick is well in sight.
But it is hard to watch.
