Bailey and Harper might be the next two players taken and they play on the same team, a Rutgers squad that is probably going to miss the tournament.

Imagine how disappointing it must be for your school to have 2 guys projected in the top 5 and they can’t drag you to the post season.

I am hearing people say Bailey doesn’t pass. In their recent 18 pt loss to purdue they opposing team loaded up on Bailey and he still didn’t pass.

Who's your Zach Edey of this draft?

You nailed that one last year. We would have been so much better if we drafted Edey.

We already chuck enough 3's with Melo/Miller/Bridges. Someone has to do the dirty work.

Yeah no team could ever use a 6 6 guard who shoots 40 percent from 3. lol. I like Edgecombe as well but saying the last thing any team including ours is another shooter is an interesting take to put it mildly

I mean if you like the chuck fest offense we have now then he fits right in. I just don't want another guy who brings nothing besides shooting.

I feel like if defense is the core value of a lottery prospect guard, he better either be at least an adequate spacer or primary playmaker. Castle is looking like a primary playmaker right now in addition to the defense. While not a spacer with range he generates space through primary playmaking.

Edgecombe is neither spacer nor primary playmaker. So I'm out on him. He's the pick I least want. Seems destined to wreak havoc from the bench. I guess he profiles as a Josh Hart. You need those guys but you can get them later in the draft. Knicks got him for a last first in a trade. I want more.

If you want to refer to a chuck fest offense refer to coaching. Having an elite shooter who is 6 6 is always ideal.
Don't get all sensitive now. It's okay to disagree on prospects. :D

Huh?

Great 2nd half, Stojokovic had 2 pts at half and finished with 24 pts. His team was down by 20 but closed to 1 pt. He missed the last shot to tie to send to overtime. the ball rimmed in and out

It is still pretty earlly in the college basketball season. For the guys from Rutgers can they turn it around and still make a run? Are they going to at least make the conference tourney and try to win that as a path? If they shut it down early and try to protect their draft stock that will lower my oponion. If they can't help Rutgers I doubt they can help us. I want to see how they play it.

I'm sure there is someobody that everybody is missing that is going to be good. A lot of people didn't see McCain being this good including me. A lot of people didn't see Wells being this good including me. There are so many college basketball players to consider, I'm sure somebody is out there. I don't know who it is right now.

Best 3&D prospect has to be Rasheer Fleming from St. Joseph.

6'9 240 legit wing defensive skills. Wouldn't mind trading back up if we can to get him. I think he might end up being a 1st rounder when all is said and done. He could be a steal for those late round contending teams.

Yeah we need opposite of the chuckfest. So over that junk. Not just here, but league wide.

Lol, well it wouldn't be the first time I predicted players WAY back to be better than players ahead of them and be right about it.

Recent players I predicted were

Ben Sheppard
Ajay Mitchell
Andre Jackson
Grady Dick
Aaron Wiggins
Scottie Pippen JR
Ayo Dosunmu
Cody Martin
Caleb Martin

Just to name a few all high contributors to their teams and waaay better than many drafted and ranked ahead of them
I mean, you do throw like a million pickles (players) at the wall, thinking some will stick. You also make outlandish claims of who is your number 1 pick, ignoring simple reality. Meanwhile, none of those guys are needle movers, just roster spots. Wash rinse repeat. Like the dudes you mention usually are cool if we pick 45 or pick up undrafted. So there's that.

Salmon is doo doo. I'm on record for bashing the pick at the highest of levels as soon as it was made. I will stay on the record and say he will always be trash. Hot stinking baby diaper garbage.

I GUARANTEE either Walter Clayton JR or Chase Hunter will be better than several lottery picks this year...

Walter Clayton JR

Chase Hunter

Rough start in-conference so far, but still some great shotmaking against a #1-ranked team.

Not sure I really even know who you are.... lmao, I rarely see your name or care or ever cared to notice... Giggally smalls how fitting for a joke worthless poster...

But I do not throw a million players out there, haven't done so in years and even when I did that back in the day
it was to RATE THEM and I did rate EVERYONE BACK THEN including lottery picks.

Back then I used to post DEPTH CHARTS which I havent done in years.

now I just post players I like. Manly less than 10 - 15 per draft..

also the majority of those players are solid players... Aaron wiggins is better than 75 percent of our roster.

TBH I actually post WAAAAAY LESS players now. I usually stick to about 5, if you do happen to catch A LOT of names posted those players are often players that were POSTED IN THE PAST by me that are still in college and the list has accumulated. Even last year the only players I ZEROED in on were

Bub Carrington
Ryan Dunn
Dalton Knect
Kevin McCular

and this year

Shrewsberry
Kanon
Stojokavic

I probably post the LEAST amount of players. What happens is when you post SLEEPERS they often RETURN TO SCHOOL and now I RE-POST them and it appears as a ALOT of names when it just are the same names who returned to school and accumulated. Only an intelligent person would see that but I digress...

Unlike if I posted projected LOTTERY those players are SCHEDULED to be drafted and come off the board.

What if the Spurs win the first pick lol. I somehow hadn't thought of that possibility until just now and the mere thought of it is so annoying.
