Expansion Draft

Hey Knicks fans, Just wanted to know if in an expansion draft what 8 players are you protecting? Remember 1 player must be unprotected from the draft and player/team options can also be protected. Thanks guys. Also what would you be willing to give up to protect one of your players from not being selected.

Lucky for you we only play 7 players so…
Brunson, Mikal, hart, OG, kat, Mitch, deuce, huk or kolek (I’d protect whichever one isn’t on the 8 list by giving up a second round pick or 2)

This is when those teams that are 9 players deep are in trouble. hehe.

That said, it would still suck to lose a young player like Huk or Dadiet. There's a good chance they wouldn't be taken, but I think both players have some upside despite being outside the top 8 to protect.

An expansion draft wouldn't harm our team, since we only play like seven guys. Sadly, this is the only way we could win a championship or at least get on the same level as other contenders.
