Discipline and leadership. He hasn’t had them ready to play from the opening whistle in a staggering amount of games and they haven’t played a complete game all year.

Yeah. In the pregame prep MLF should have told the team:

"Don't fumble the opening kick.
Don't miss any FG
Don't throw 2 picks
Don't commit stupid penalties"

Team has been unprepared and undisciplined all year.

Doesn't excuse players being idiots individually as well, but they are being coached by somebody.

Brady hit the nail on the head earlier in the game when he said precision and attention to detail aren't strengths of the packers passing game.
