It says that there is one basketball and Brunson is still usually alpha when on the court.

It also says play Brun less than friggen 38 minutes a night bc KAT can be an alpha scorer too for the team

I know this tweet is trying to start some bullsh*t and obviously that's why GreenArrow posted it.

How about the Knicks are set up for KAT to do more on offense when he's out there with the 2nd unit or not another primary scorer, Brunson or not.

Basically, it's math, but the tweet and certain posters are trying to start some sh*t.

It says we have a two headed beast. They dropped 74 points last game. It's a good problem to have.

Anyone remember the back and forth offense between Tatum/Jaylen? Too many stats out there to try and analyze/apply to every situation. Sometimes the ball bounces a certain way. As long as the entire team plays together we should be able to beat anyone.

KAT is usually doing this vs opposing teams bench. It’ll be KAT with Payne, McBride, Hart/Mikal and Precious while Brunson gets a breather.

Brunson could be better at feeding the KAT.

It's like Brunson doesn't even know Towns is on the court in the 1st quarter.

Agreed.

There's really no way for any defense to successfully defend those two playing off of each other.

23 pts in a quarter and an NBA record for most pts/ast/rbs in a game under 30 minutes is not a good thing. 44/6/5 in 29 minutes. In a game where KAT scored 30/18. We need to fix things.

yeah... pure insanity... we could have afforded last night to have KAT with 0 points and still win the game and people here complaining... is the whole Knicks fandom like this or just this forum?

Detroit is 9-2 in last 11. Playing very very well.

However Energy last night for us looked better than it has anytime the last two weeks.

And the 3 ball especially was finalky back! We were shooting a ghastly 29% from 3 last 9 games. 29%. This team is way to good when not over-taxed to be shooting 29% from 3.

It kinda feels like we might be out of the funk but we will see.

I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt and blame mechanics.

It seems like feeding the post is not something he's particularly comfortable with. He's good at getting the ball to shooters and cutters but I've also noticed it was Hart that did most of the Mitch lobs as well. For whatever reason he's not programmed to feed a stationary object when he's not in motion.

I honestly haven't been watching. The first OKC loss took the wind out of our sails and I figured we'd have some stinkers after.
