Alright Pelicans - just go ahead and leave Zion here in Chicago. Maybe leave Javonte Green and Matkovic too.

We're happy to send you home with Patrick Williams, Coby White, Duarte and a Portland pick

A team with Zion, Brandon Ingram, McCollum, and Dejounte being one of the most likely to get get Flagg or Harper/Bailey is just messed up.

Tanking is still too effective.

But it really isn't because none of those players are any good .

Don't really understand what this post is saying; Ingram wants out, McCollum is old and declining, Dejounte is a fake star who got massively overpaid by the Hawks because of one year as the only Spurs player in the starting lineup who could dribble. Yeah they'll get a high pick to pair with Zion but that dude plays 50% of games. :dontknow:

I know he's hurt right now, but Trey Murphy seems to be a good player. Missi is having a solid rookie season and Herb Jones is a good defender. They have talent, but need to move on to the next iteration of the team and trade some of the players you mentioned above.

Yep, because college players never improve.

Did he say Ace could not improve. No he did not

He was pointing out based on the available evidence he was underwhelming. He is playing like an inefficient chucker.

You stated player can improve. I responded that sometimes players find there level and do not improve.

I was simply responding to your statement.

What physical skill does he possess that says he will improve?

Remember last year after a game at the UC when that fan recorded Zion talking to a Bulls assistant about Zion wanting to play here and the coach said "that's gonna look good though, you and Zach"

All I'm saying is I'm down if that just wants to happen now.

He's got motor and drive. He's a surprisingly good shot blocker and actually has a good jumpshot. Up until 4 or 5 games or so Cooper Flagg had a very similar TS%.

If you take out his only 2 abysmal FT shooting games (1-8 & 3-8) his FT% jumps up into the mid to high 70's.

No one is saying he's going to be a superstar, but to write him off on his college TS% alone is pretty crazy.

I didn't say you did.

But the original post I quoted sure was implying as such.

I wonder if the Bulls can beat this team of not very good players?

Damn, Pat is early with the dribble off foot turnover tonight.

Return to Chicago Bulls
