#3 sounds good because we know Thibs will never change scheme.

But he'll never bring Hart off the bench either. He's not flexible

It is really hard for Thibs to put Hart off the bench since he is having statistically such a good year and the team is winning (cupcake schedule). However, our team has always been better with Hart on the 2nd unit. Hart, iHart, McBride(or Quick) were great at pushing pace together and making the bench into a weapon for us.
Hart out there to start... we lost our espresso shot off the bench. Start an inferior player (Sims, Huk, Precious) and allow the bench to be a great unit.

OG's offensive game is brutal to watch now

I think it was who Hart was talking about in terms of sacrificing for the team...he seems worried about pts and not focusing on what gets him paid...his defense.

OG wanted to be a player on offense. He didn't sign up to be a 4th option (Which is what he is here). I can see us quietly trying to trade him in the future. Gotta find ways to get him involved in offense.
