You mean Dem(arcus) Cousins and Middletons watch?

Jimmy is no longer on the Heat's injury report (including suspensions). He is active for tomorrow as of now.

Maybe they reconciled *huffs more copium*

Jimmy has a player option for $52.4 million. If he stinks it up here or gets injured, he’s opting in.

If he stinks it up he’d want out and would jump ship. He’s seen how hard it is to navigate your way out via trade, he could pick his destination in free agency. If he gets seriously hurt of course he opts in.

Jimmy wants to get paid. That's what this is all about. If he chooses free agency, he isn't getting paid at his preferred destination. He'll opt in, and then try to force his way to his preferred destination. Jimmy is a child.

If he wants Phoenix, he'd have to sign there for the minimum.

You don’t play chicken with Jimmy.

He’s gonna do the Harden move.

Shams:

Miami Heat star Jimmy Butler reiterated to team president Pat Riley in a face-to-face meeting last week that he wants to be traded, league sources told ESPN.

Butler told Riley that he will not sign a new deal in Miami and that he intends to use his $52 million player option for 2025-26 in the offseason only as a trade maneuver, sources said.

FFS I don't want to deal with the Jimmy clown show. Please let him be someone else's headache
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I don’t think this is legit. It’s more than likely K-Love just trolling.

………But I will say, it would be very Jimmy to grab all of this attention for the last month all to just go back to Miami as their disrespected hero. It would all make for a killer narrative. It would fit his penchant for theatrics that he’s shown in every destination he finds himself in.

I’m in the trade-for-Jimmy camp because IMO I think that he raises our ceiling this year but I’m getting more pessimistic about this trade not happening.

Imo, id prefer to start ajg over prince.

If anyone is bored and can post
pro/cons stats.

It seems like we are the only possibility here. A good negotiator wouldn't give up too much.... Too bad we don't have one of those

Now let's get Love involved in the trade somehow....just not to Milwaukee but to a team like Washington. He would never get away with his flopping in Milwaukee. Everytime he hurt an offensive player while they're going for a dunk by bridging them in the air it would be a flagrant two in Milwaukee when it would be called a charge in Miami.

Jimmy going on a rental(where there is strong risk he walks) would reduce his trade value further. Might be entering the value where it won’t take Middleton and/or the 1st.

Guys. Jimmy’s not walking.

He’s opting in and causing so much chaos the franchise is compelled to trade him to a team who will give him an extension he’ll agree to.

Like Harden did to the Sixers until he won and got dealt to the Clippers.

I just don’t think the “dare Jimmy to act up” plan is going to happen — especially for a wannabe contender with a generational talent who could easily ask out from the circus like us.

Any way we could steal Ware in a Jimmy deal? I’m including Johnson and that ‘31 First if we can snag him. Not sure how Miami values him.

FWIW ... Butler scares the fans, front office and also the other playoff teams. Bobby and KM scare noone ... It's not a 10 year commitment.. doesn't work and you're out quickly.. it's also a fence swing that can work FAST

Surprised how many on the Trade Board think the same kind of Jimmy scenario we've been discussing could go down:

I think Bobby scares people. He scares Nicola Mirotic for sure.
