Their window of opportunity is so big. Good for them.

They have a history of being cheap which is why they let Harden go. We'll see if they make the same mistake again lol. Eventually all these guys will need to get paid.

Seen people complaining that both Cavs vs OKC games weren't televised on Canadian cable? Is that true? In the year 2025??? NBA was heavily promoting both of these games too and tsn/sportsnet or nbatv canada didn't air any of them?

4 of the 5 Knicks starters are in the top 5 for Total Minutes played. Towns was also in the top 10 up until a week ago and then he missed a few games (he's still 19th).

All 5 in the top 30 for MPG.

I know they don't practice but this is insane.

AKA - Thunder are proving that getting a 21 year old future MVP in a trade for your flawed star, works.

They are a middling team without SGA, lets just be honest here.

Jalen and Chet are awesome lets not kid ourselves, but Jalen and Chet are not leading a team to contending status without SGA.

Yep. It was Boston with the KG/PP trade and now OKC with the PG13/SGA trade.

It never was, and never will be, a formula any team can even try to replicate. It is the ultimate "right place right time" type deal. I am 99% sure every single person on this board would have been on board to trade Siakam / FVV / OG if it meant getting back 7 or 8 first rounders and a sophomore coming off a great rookie season.

Reality was, we were not ever in that situation, unless we traded everyone during/after our 48-win season which lets be honest, was never a realistic thing of expecting. Nobody is blowing up a 48-win team that had the reigning ROTY on it and the rest of the core under 28 years old. You expect to improve, not fall backwards.
