I'm certain Bailey is the top pick on raps board, he'd be a perfect fit next to Barnes (aside from drafting Cooper of course).

6'10 GTJr could make a case for #2 or #3

I'm not as high on Harper as most ppl, I would even push him down to #4, to which I'm sure many would be butthurt at the thought of, but I'd be happy with anyone in the top 4 (Cooper, Kasp, Ace, Harper) anyhow

Too many rebounds and blocks to be GTJr.

Hard to argue with that top 4. All of them could be game changers for us.

Most complete game yet from Ace. Love to see that overall improvement. Good stuff from Harper too.

Good stuff from Danny Wolf too. Not sure he lasts till the 2nd pick but he seems like a natural fit for how the versatile sort of bigs they want in Darko's system.

Ace or Harper would be great here but Cooper is easily still a better prospect than both. I’m hoping for anything in the top 3

If his assists numbers climb I'd be onboard with the pick. A prospect that's adjusting over the course of the season reeks of a good sign. I am flipping back on the Bailey train. A draft with a top 3/4 like this should be tanked for. I really hope we don't piss away this chance at getting a legit all star next to Barnes. A nearly 40% of getting 1 of these 3 is insanely high compared to what it would be as a 8th+ worst team in the L.

If we got Bailey I would move RJ. We don't have enough ball to go around for both of them and we need to get rid of the defensive sieves we have on our team. A weak defender who's a veteran won't improve, not sure why you guys are loving RJ.

That’s why it’s 6’10 GTJr and not GTJr

6’10 GTJr wouldn’t be rebounding or getting any blocks. Other than steals dude was not it on defense. Ace tries on defense which is a plus because he at least will do things to stay on the floor if his shot isn’t falling (something Gary couldn’t do because he’d often only put up points and nothing else)

Bailey's college highlight mix will be insane. When he does something good, it looks really good. So he's got that going for him.

Facts. If you look at the highlights only, then he is #1.

Ace is #2 to me for Raptors. He fits well with Scottie.

Heading into the new year, Ace Bailey's BPM was 0.6 after his first 11 college games according to Torvik. It has now shot up to 4.3 after his first 5 games of 2025. In those last 5 games his BPM is 12.4.

https://barttorvik.com/playerstat.php?link=y&year=2025&kw=ace%20bailey&start=20250101&end=20250501

This is exactly what Bailey skeptics such as myself wanted to see. For me especially, 3 of his biggest red flags are his low AST%, bad AST/TO ratio, and low FTr for his position/size (below 30%). During this heater he's been on all of this stuff has been improving, which is great to see.
My Masai/Bobby-type FRP Barttorvik queries: 4/4, zero misses

If you're 6'10, young, athletic with a good shot, a solid motor, and a knack for getting off and hitting tough contested jumpers, there's only so far you're going to fall. As skeptical as I have been about Ace's star outcome, there was never a world where he dropped outside of the top 5.

Ace's ceiling look to be a MPJ

but just too many red flags about his game - he's really high ceiling, low floor

People just overthinking him. He's got way more potential than a 2 back surgery MPJ.
When Cooper was struggling to start the year everyone was ready to give him grace for just being a 17year old why can't Ace get the same opportunity to grow as player in a even worse team situation.

This isn't a real question is it? Even when Cooper was struggling to shoot he was the far superior player. Ace has been playing much better and I'm starting to warm up to the idea.

I agree. Masai loves positional size.

1. Coop
2. Bailey
3. Harper

It is a serious question. The college season is long and people were making final decisions talking about their "off ace" in the middle of December.

Rasheer Flemming has been shooting 58% from 3 since Dec 10.

He's like a taller Isaiah Stewart that can shoot 3's (already taking shots from NBA range).

If can get a pick in the late teens/early 20's nab him or Sorber.

Rasheer is a junior; while Queen is a freshman but only 1/2 a year younger.

Really, his potential is Scottie without the playmaking.
