Could very well just be a coincidence, but when Neemias Queta plays 18+ minutes in a game the Celtics are 12-2. Since December 1st the Celtics are 4-0 when Neemias Queta plays 18+ minutes in a game. The Celtics record since Dec 1st is 12-9. Queta hasn't played more than 18+ minutes since January 3rd.

Well Boston lost to Orlando's G- league team last game and Banchero is back so this will be a tough game.

Boston is 9-8 since KP came back, are shooting 30% from 3 and are allowing 40% from 3 from their opponents. Until someone figures out how to stop teams from lighting them up from 3 all game every game they may be playing 500 ball for a while.

While Q clearly brings energy, you're turning a blind eye to the mistakes that Q makes.

Remember how the Cavs exploited Q early in the 4th in that game at the Garden?

Cs almost lost their lead in the 4th when Q was in the game in that 4th qtr.

I'm over here thinking the Celtics have been playing as poorly as they possibly can over the last 10 games, and they still have the NBA's 3rd best net rating over the last 10 games. If this is rock bottom I suppose we are pretty lucky haha.

I'm a little surprised that the Warriors having expressed interest in Queta. They are looking for a center, and Queta was a player they drafted but let go for luxury tax reasons.

Queta was drafted by the Kings. They let Queta walk after two years because they wanted the roster spot to sign Javale McGee (to mentor young players or something, don't ask me to explain the Kings' decision making).

Wins are padded. Some of the minutes are cleanup crew duties. We haven't blown anyone much past month or so.

Q hasn't played real minutes much either since KP came back (K ahead of him). Even less so since everyone got healthy. But generally, we really have won more before KP came back.
