We blew out the Raptors by 50+ points in one of the games. Net rating naturally goes up.

When Luke Kornet plays 16+ minutes in a game, the Celtics are 15-2. I don't think there are three people here who want him playing more than 10.

Since KP came back, Kornet has a defensive rating of 96.8, leads the 13 players w/ at least 10 games played in that span. Also leads team in net rating. Team was outscoring opponents by 20.1 pts per 100 in his time on the floor.

Same span, KP is a -0.9 with defensive rating of 112.5.

It's clear who's our ALPHA BIG.

I'm one of those 3 people, he's a really solid backup. I'll take 16.1 minutes a game, keep that record going.

Don't care what any numbers say. Just know 7-7 last 14 and 3 double digit L's and no dominance at home this year. I'm rolling with the only health and playoffs matter mantra cuz that's all I got at this point.

Kornet's not the problem.

Q and Walsh will get their chance next season.

That green light was earned.

Just like the big contracts they got.

The secret to Joe's success is making his star players happy.

Adrian Griffin didn't make Giannis and Dame happy, so he got fired.

Even Mike Brown got fired and the Athletic reported Brown criticizing Fox and the players was part of the reason why.

The NBA is not high school basketball.

ORtg of 108.5, would rank 27th in the NBA
DRtg of 120.3, would rank 30th in the NBA
NRtg of -17.2, would rank 30th in the NBA

One of the most absurd things to happen to the Cs this season. They were one of only six 5-man lineups to play 600+ minutes together last season. They had a net rating of +11.0, essentially a 68-win team.

Still a small sample and they can still turn this **** around. Half of season left!

I wouldn't go that far. He's scored and rebounded for us. Our paint protection has been superb when he's played. But the reintegration of Porzingis hasn't gone well. It's been nearly two months since his return.

KP has been struggling on switches and it ends up throwing the whole defense off. Defensively other than rim protection KP has been awful. KP is always out of position

I would attribute 40% of the poor 3-pt defense since his return to KP, 50% to Mazzulla for not having a scheme to mitigate that weakness, and 10% for others.

I’m willing to bet if KP went out with an injury the Celtics would start winning again. It’s a problem the Celtics need to correct

Unless they're about to trade him, they have to make it work with him. It's not like they haven't done it before. Starting five was awesome last season. He doesn't get paid much compared to other coaches, but this is where Joe has to earn his paycheck.

There is no solution to the KP problem.

Just let it play out.

They have 3 months to figure it out.

Celtics as you know have the highest ceiling with KP but right now it’s not working. Celtics need to correct this. Unless KP is hurt, they will eventually

Watching Cs pre-game.

Joe said this is the fun part, when asked by Karalis about the noise.

I just don't know what to expect anymore.

Celtics lose to playoff teams, play-in teams, and lottery teams.

Guess every win from here on out is gold.
