God I wish I could send you all back to the Fizdale era and leave you there forever.
We have not beaten a single top 4 team
Our expectation is to be one of the contenders, not beat up on the lower scrub teams. We are a clear tier below the top teams, when we should be one of the top two teams in the east. Our expectations have risen.
I get it but it takes time. It's year one with this roster and core and we've only played half a season. The season opener against Boston was not even a real game and shouldn't be taken seriously. The game against Cleveland was also super early in the season and it was a tied game with 5 mins left. We were up 14 against OKC in the first game. I know we are 0-4 against those teams ahead of us but we've shown we can compete and we still have time to see where we stand.
The situation is not as bleak as some of you make it out to be and Thibs is not getting fired any time soon.

True but it’s halfway thru the season.
We shouldn’t have lost the game against the pistons if Thibs would have adjusted.
We shouldn’t have lost the two games against the hawks if Thibs would have adjusted.
We shouldn’t have lost the game against the rockets if Thibs would have adjusted.
These are alarming trends. If you figure this is a 3 year window, we are already 16.5% the way thru. At the end of the year it will be 33%
It’s not about losing the big games, it’s the fact that we beat up on the lower teams (and even that we are starting to lose a grip on)
