1ST Q: SPURS 30 HEAT 20

Some miscues late with too slow Castle passes to Bassey, this with Keldon out on the arc hands ready, but a terrific overall effort.

Bassey has to keep the ball up higher or get it up quicker. Seems to have butter fingers at times.

Excellent attacking the paint relentlessly and with good variety.

Castle man D on Herro left him scoreless.

Wemby, Castle, and Dev cooking on both ends.

We are making half court plays but not getting sucked into their game. Good transition pushes, too.

Have to watch board protection in our end - 5-1 O boards against.

Castle tends to have a weird almost side spin on some of his 2s off the dribble. Tends to float right as he takes them. Just a bit more tight form needed.

14-2 run by not running back on D, not making extra passes, not moving, settling for one and done outside shots.

It took one Q to get complacent.

Didn't help that subs not named Keldon have sucked.
