If he's serious it's a Putinesque thing. If he wants to angle for some bases or something that might not be to that level.

Re: Political Roundtable Part XXXIII
The annoying thing about people like Da1 is you can very clearly articulate what the solution is to crime other than imprisonment and he'll yell at you for being a libtard and then whine and complain for another 3 pages - after he allegedly left in a huff - about how no one has an answer to his question.
Despicable behavior really.
I told you the answer and you blew me off for being a libtard Da1. That is a you problem. I know this means nothing to you but I've provided you with roughly $100 worth of my time explaining all these issues to other people on the board (not you because you don't deserve my free time). If you were a smart businessman you would at least read what I have to say, that I provided to everyone in this thread for free. And no I'm not going to repeat myself. I've spent all the time on this nonsense that I can stand.

It's virtually impossible to say which Golfy cabinet nomination is the worst.
Irrefutable arguments can be made against every one of them.

Re: Political Roundtable Part XXXIII
I get that he's not POTUS yet but his behavior
and statements about the LA fires do not
inspire confidence in what his 'leadership'
might be like going forward (next crisis).
We're definitely (and tragically) having effed
around, going to find out.
Probably the worst part of that will be the RW
mediasphere will convince many of his voters
they didn't make a terrible choice.

I think the worst part will be all the death and the tragedy and destruction of the climate and allowing Russia ascendance on the World stage. Etc etc. The actual facts and consequences. Not the lies they tell about it.

^ My bad.
You are correct. I was looking past the damage that I fear could be done
to the time when our country will make a decision about what ought to come
next. The fact that we had the experience of DJT45 and still, if barely,
chose to go with DJT47 does not generate optimism for me.

In what appears to be an effort to boost ratings, Maddow is coming back to nightly.
I'm for it. Others are free to disagree.
Her 20+ minute opening segment tonight on this Trump transition being worse than the last was long but hey,
so much to talk about. Which is really bad. It took her 25 minutes in the opening segment to list the major
duck ups in the transition that make it arguably worse than the end of 45->46 which included 1/6.

I think Mark Cuban and Rachel Maddow should co-host a show but it would be difficult to tell them apart. Perhaps part of the charm...

Just speechless at the shamelessness and grift of the Trumps, they just hold a middle finger up to their voters.

I remember him from 2016. Doesn't he have a twin? Very annoying.
We have reached peak america though. The president doing pump and dumps. And I don't mean with Stormy Daniels.

There are a bunch of accounts out there that spread misinformation on the dem side to farm outrage and get clicks, following them just encourages bad, predictable anger reactions from you. I try to avoid them. They're actively discouraged on bloosky.

Having said all that, grifting is evil, this is a grift, if you voted for this evil, grifting Tammy Faye Baker in drag (not that there's anything wrong with that) hobgoblin you are either evil yourself or a gullible patsie. Congrats.

Very very dark and shocking days ahead. Why, because, the Supreme Court has given Dump unlimited power to commit criminal acts while "acting" as President, and there is no entity that will stop him or hold him accountable, so he WILL govern as a Dictator.

Sitting in the dealership showroom while my 1 year old car gets its final free
service. Unfortunately the TV is showing the inauguration. So depressing.
As per everything we have seen to date over and over again, the grift (core GOP policy)
is likely to be as bad or worse than anything we have previously seen in our country’s
history.
