Didn't see the match but looks like Pool escaped literally in the last minutes.

Blatant offside by Chiesa on second Nunez goal, nobody cared to call it live or check via VAR. Pathetic. Could not capture exact position during pass, but that was even worse as he was running back towards mid line. At least half a yard offside!

Wow that ref must have been an Arsenal fan. That was one of the worst performances from an official I’ve seen.

Even Roger’s said he was **** **** lol

Fantastic day for LFC. In a game it looked like we were going to draw, we won. Meanwhile, Arsenal were headed to a comfortable win (up 2-0 after an hour) but drew.

EDIT: Well in to the Villians. Never stopped fighting and took their chances.

There's another angle in the US highlights where Chiesa looks just onside of van den Berg's foot when the ball is played. It's definitely close, but you've taken your screenshot well after the ball is played.
It's time for 5 refs.

If an Arsenal player dives, it's a foul. Simple as.

can't fit him in the screen when the ball is played, camera angle was off and kept him off screen but looked like he was running back towards mid line so when he appears on the screen looks like he is coming from offside position. I would love to re watch better replay.

Any one else chuckle when the camera showed Arteta pointing to his watch? Irony as Arsenal are one of the biggest time wasters in the league.

Yeah pretty much. I think Brentford were ok with a 0-0 draw, but towards the end, we were throwing everything at them, and it left us vulnerable. You'll see they had about 4 semi-decent shots at us the last 10min or so. I think they let their guard down, and started pushing forward a little too much for their plan, although to be fair...they were pretty set up, when we did finally score. Once the first goal went in...they had to push more, and got countered a 2nd time.

They just needed to stay disciplined for 5 more minutes, and I think the point woulda been theirs.

I saw the full 90 minutes and Liverpool should have been up 2-0 before 70th minute. Gakpo missed badly one vs one GKP and they had so many chances in the second half that their 3.43 XG seems almost too low. Brentford counter attack wasn't sharp and by technically awesome wingers like Forest had. Mbuemo worried LFC in first 20 minutes, that was it really.
VVD and Konate was strong this game when Pool attacked wildly late. Brentford had zero midfield and left too much space in 2nd half. Liverpool's bad finishing was the only reason it was 0-0, lucky draw for Brentford. You don't escape with anything when they scored on their 36th and 37th shot of the game! Most away shots since 2005.(!)
Frustrating game as someone who enjoys seeing goals

No idea. But pretty clear Ange has to go, and should've been sacked in December. One of the worst managers I've seen at this level and yet another blight on Levy's record.

Manchester United fans, how many corners have your club turned this season?

In complete agreement, however, I'm shocked to hear so many still in support of him. Levy's just as culpable, though. And much of the emotion is directed his way, but he's not leaving (for better or worse). The one lever to pull, besides moving players, is changing the manager.
