Your argument is so weak you keep shifting the goalposts.
We are talking about the past. Obviously when you’re still alive it’s relevant.
Just stay down.

Just to clarify: At this point last year, when the 49ers had just won the NFC championship game, it actually was an achievement? Only two weeks later it became meaningless?

So which Cowboys uniforms are your favorite?

When you’re still alive it’s relevant because it has the possibility to turn into a SB victory. So every win obviously helps.
But when studying the past like the Marino SB appearance we can see it lead to nothing so it becomes meaningless.
It’s not complicated.

So I got another week to cherish the Eagles' accomplishments this season.

Then it might all become meaningless. :(

Literally the only time I see Conference Championships celebrated as an achievement by any fans at all is when it's someone pointing at the Cowboys.

See the Eagles have been losers most of his life. It’s the only way to explain why he’s trying to convince people that losing in the playoffs is the same as winning a SB.

Over the course of my life the Eagles have been winners longer than the Cowboys.

That's because the Cowboys last won a Super Bowl in 1996.

It actually gets celebrated twice every season. They hand out trophies.

"by fans"

Can you tell me the top-5 teams with the most Conference Championship trophies? I mean without looking it up? No you can't.

You probably know how many the Eagles have, and then that is it.

After that you know the exact date of the last Dallas appearance

Any time this comes up on the internet or elsewhere I already know it's about the Dallas Cowboys.

Nah, most franchises are starved for success and would appreciate making it that far. Probably only Chiefs, Eagles and Niners wouldn't see it as an achievement just because they've made it that far so many times recently and expectations are higher. I know some Raiders fans that would drink bleach to see their teams play for conference title.

Fans celebrate every win, even just regular season wins, but no one is pointing at their franchises Conference Championship trophies.

You think I am celebrating the Mav's Western Conference trophy from last year? I celebrated it the night it was won, but I'm not go to point back at it ever.

Sure they do. Plenty of Jaguars fans point out their conference championship appearance few years ago. Bengals fans talk about how Burrow have taken them to super bowl first time in many years.

Traditionally badly run franchises have very few opportunities to be contend, just because they are not throwing ticker tape parades doesnt mean they are not proud of one of the few occasions their team was relevant. You are too stuck on the word celebrate.
