Ware has been improving lately so Miami may have just drafted one too. It's one reason why I think they should've traded Caruso for a pick(s) instead of Giddey.

I wouldn't trust Williams or Robinson's health, but if they weren't too expensive then its not a bad idea.

You rebuild around Flagg, Matas and keep Ayo, Coby and Smith. You trade everyone else to rebuild on Flagg's timeline. Maybe keep some helpful vets. But you refocus the team on the future.
