Uh what? Cosmi is a right guard, not a left tackle. The o-line was fine after he went out.

Death match with Philly to go the big show, Philly fans are the most rabid and violent, it’s going to be quite a game.

one of my best buddies is a good guy but for the fact that he's an eagles fan, and he's rabid and violent when it comes to his fandom.

i've been calling the potential (now actual) showdown in the NFC championship game the friendship apocalypse bowl. we've mutually agreed on a two-week moratorium on communications starting tomorrow.

and to be fair, his criticisms of commies nation aren't entirely unfounded. we have bandwagon fans, we have transplants, DC sports are generally not well attended, many mutual friends we have are fairweather fans, we don't have as many local celebrities that rep our sports (wolf blitzer is one of the few who does and he's a bills fan), and he has beef with Josh Harris with his handling of the Sixers.

but even he doesn't know that i have 10k posts on a DC sports forum.

speaking of the intersection of RealGM and real life, I remember Greendale saying he was a starter at Greendale. I was maybe 19 when he announced his retirement from his day job to become a starter for Greendale. In the 19 years since, I've picked up golf, but I don't know if he's still around or still the starter at Greendale. Weird to think about. I've been posting on this board for more than half my life.

He is with our a doubt our best OL player and this is a huge loss to an O Line that is way over achieving right now.

You don't get it, either.

I'm going to keep complaining about him, especially as they keep winning. My opinion is they look like they made a great decision, but why mess up the mojo?

I got it but also we are doing are thing where we defend Lattimore. :D
Oh....

The Wizards shoukd have drafted Derik Queen

For the Wizards to emulate the Commanders, the snake needs to die from the head down.

The Commanders fate changed once Daniel Snyder departed.

For the Wizards, Ted Leonsis has to go.

Facing Jalen Carter without Cosmi is definitely a problem. It wasn't as big of an issue against Detroit whose main guys on defense were out.

I strongly object to this. I was a loyal Washington Football fan for twenty years. I suffered through the entire Daniel Snyder dumpster fire from beginning to end. I EARNED THIS.

The Commanders season has been magical, they have the air of invincibility, and inevitably, we could win it all.

I’d argue Biadasz is the most important but Cosmi was easily second best oline. The Saints had a field day against the oline when Biadasz was out. Think they had 8 sacks. This Sunday is going to be extremely tough, but again..anything is possible with JD5! And to think this is just the beginning. So much cap space. We deserve this!

I mean the only thing is caution and don't over pay on flashy toys. Get smart hard playing guys and good prices that's what we did last year.

I have a friend from up that way...long time season tix holder.

He says things (violence) among and between fans has gone way down.
There was a recent incident he mentioned which resulted in the fan in
question being barred permanently from future games. Considering the amount of
video evidence and first person accounts, the team, in this case the Eagles,
has the technology, power and the backing of the league to deter at least the worst
examples of what I'll call hooliganism. You are not anonymous at a game.

What's up with you posting

It looks a little
odd.

philly's definitely toned it down.

remember that baltimore fan from earlier this year who knocked out a commies fan? that's actual hooliganism.

Bears hired Ben Johnson. That makes it more likely Kingsbury stays. The other HC jobs aren't very attractive.

I put in <CR> to try to control how the wraparound works. When I look at it from my screen,
I would say that usually improves readability. Sorry if it's not working for you.

My guess is he bounces next year. Potential openings:

Pittsburgh
Cincinnati
Cleveland
Indianapolis
Tennessee
NY Giants
Tampa Bay
Atlanta
Rams
Niners

Some of these are hypothetical but McVay has talked about retirement before. I would say out of the 10 I listed, maybe half those actually come to fruition.
