How about just keep trading some they don't need for future picks, possibly picking up more picks in the process.
I would also expect some picks, and younger players will go towards trading for great value contracts to offset the top players.
What a much better way OKC did to acquire picks than The Process was, clearing cap space to take on other teams no longer wanted contracts for the price of some draft assets. They didn't just get draft assets for taking on Horford from Philly or CP3 from Houston, they got more picks to send CP3 to Phoenix and Horford back to Boston!
Theyre living out my team building dream.
Best team in the WC. Tons of assets. They could keep this team running for a decade or more because they chose one direction aggressively, instead of straddling the fence.
