It's been a pet peeve of mine for years now. I get that defenders are also trying to navigate screens as efficiently as they can, but that being said. Modern players are TRASH at setting screens. It must be because it doesn't show up in the box score or something. You're supposed to make contact and dislodge your opponent by getting to a spot suddenly and then standing still in the screening position. But most players seem perfectly content to just kind of go to the general area of where the play sheet says they should be going and then flare to a position where they actually get to shoot, barely touching the defender they're supposed to affect in order to help their teammate. On the plus side it's always a pleasant surprise when a player, especially a big, is decent at setting screens.

And then yeah the ridiculous amount of moving screens. I guess Bogut on GSW made everyone think they could get away with that.
