i always thought he was an inch or two shorter than his listed 6'6, he seemed significantly shorter to me than Kobe who always claimed to be shorter than his also listed 6'6

hard for me to imagine him being dropped in performing as well let alone better than like, Buddy Hield if he's just transported here. his long range shooting was good for his time but nothing special today. nobodys gonna let him shoot all those middys or just have the ball as much as he did then in general

The thing that made him valuable then is that he could shoot when nobody else could in the league. Beyond points he gave almost nothing though, so I don't think he'd be valuable in a league where nearly everyone can shoot.

As a scorer he was more well-rounded than some of the guys being mentioned here, but yeah he wasn't giving you much of anything else. He was a fringe All-Star in his own era, and I don't think he gets to even that level in 2025.
