Please stop playing double bigs and try some high energy players for meaningful minutes
Sit Jrue. He doesn't seem 100%
Missing bunnies at the rim, losing the ball, mediocre defense. Not true Jru

3-1 road trip will be better than 2-2

Play Springer, he at least hustles if nothing else. Energy can be infectious

Maybe consider having KP come off bench and Al starts. Maybe KP bring a spark to the bench.

Double big will be a staple for Joe.

That's the solution to the switch everything defense.

By having a double big lineup, White or PP will have a lesser chance of ending up guarding the opposing Center.

Give the double big time.
It will yield results in the playoffs.

No update yet from the Celtics.

With 4 games to go for the month of January, the Celtics can still turn this into a 10-6 or an 11-5 win record.

So another game with half the roster missing for our opponent. I guess that means if we squeak out another victory again, we can ignore all the obvious issues, that has plagued us for about two months

Or even worse, we somehow still lose.
And people will make excuses coming out of their wazzu. I guess that is.
Easier than actually holding players or coaches accountable. .

If not for fan’s super high standards and the raised expectations post-title, 3rd best record in the NBA most of the season is a great outcome.

There’s also this thing called “rest of the regular season” where teams still have an opportunity to work on things you have to work on before the playoffs. Unless of course you’re the Celtics where it’s season over after every loss.

Guys like Stephen A. or Brandon Jennings will be heard.

But guys like us here are irrelevant to players and coaches.

That's why I don't get the holding the players and coaches accountable narrative.

I've never heard of a coach getting fired because the fans of a certain forum demand that the coach be fired.

Since KP came back, the starters are 25th in FG% and 3FG% and 19th in FT%. (Bench is 4th, 6th, and 24th respectively.) In that same span, the starters are 21st in TS% while the bench are FIRST.

Dunno what's going on with the Jays, White, Horford, and Holiday but whatever they're shooting past month or so isn't nearly good enough.

If the Celtics are coasting and not giving a winning effort then I will too.
Development of Walsh, Springer and Queta please.
Get White and Holiday some rest here and there.
I’d like to see the team finish strong before the All Star break, but **** it. I’d be thrilled with 7-3 at this point.
Be healthy and ready to play come April

Agreed. Springer sure is a late bloomer, huh? Queta is a bit, as well.
I'd also like to see more of Scheierman and Peterson.

I think the Majority of us "non Professionals" on here agree with this. Outside of maybe only a few, We seem to think there is such a positive short term and long-term benefit to doing this. But we have the least flexible HC outside of Thibs. Not just in rotations but also in playing style.
