Can't defend, it was easier to hide him on the Hawks because of Capella/Hunter etc. There's no place to hide him on defense when Sabonis is the C.

I would fire Tom now and figure it out at the ASB. He's not serious about winning championships and neither is anyone else who supports his garbage

Me !! :)

Thibs gonna give him starter minutes anyway !!! He'd instantly boost our bench production, the bench playing with Hart would play better... and Hart gonna still close games out with starters.

Precious starting would give us size, rebounding and paint protection help for KAT.

Hart to the bench gives Mikal to be a playmaker early. As good as Hart has been, Mikal is a tad better at setting up shots for teammates imo... when Mikal gets the ball more, he's more aggressive and scores more, and on the other end defends better.

Right now with Hart, Mikal, JB, KAT, we have too many facilitators... we want just 2-3 on the floor, but 3-4 at the same time is unnecessary, leads to confusion at times.

He said he's traumatized by that mcgrady comeback like 20 years ago. But that's probably just an excuse of this scumbaggery

in no world is moving jHart to the bench for precious good for the knicks. jHart is more than a playmaker - he is a better rebounder than precious and wrecks havouc. if you want to talk about staggering mins fine i'm here for it. but i'm not moving jHart to the bench for precious's rim protection and some weird theory that it allows mikal to be more of a playmaker. stagger brunson and mikal if that is your goal. don't bench jHart for precious. and now i'm mad that you got me in this discussion after jHart just got another tripple double. :nonono:

Which is why Josh wreaking havoc off the bench would be biblical, we would destroy teams !

Mikal is a better passer and facilitator than Josh, it's that Josh just has the ball more often than Mikal who's just standing in the corner all game

Again you Josh fanboys just wants him getting his stats without regard for team's overall success... his being in the lineup makes players stand watching, not moving... though he's shooting pretty good 3 pointers (36%) he's not a floor spacer, and even when he's having a hot stretch shooting the ball he's not hunting it which makes the ball movement wasteful when they kick to him and he's not taking a shot, but looking to drive in to finish through crowds or kick out again. When this happens again and again, players are a little reluctant to pass to him cuz they know he's not gonna immediately shoot it even when open.

Again, Josh would still be getting his starter minutes off the bench... but you fanboys are too caught up in the "demotion".

I'm not a Josh hater by any means.

I mean, sure. Putting a borderline all star starter to your bench would not be a bad result for the bench.I think he plays as much with the bench as any of the starters though honestly. We only get 50-60mpg if we are lucky from the bench. So while your idea isn't bad at a glance, it's also barely necessary.

I think we just need to utilize the bench we have and keep starters fresh for the end of games and the end of the season. I don't care about who plays where with who as much as others. Matchups and lineups just need to make sense. Don't kill these guys. We have enough talent to win any game against any team. We always lose when we are tired at the end of the game. That's all I want to see fixed. We looked fresh tonight. That disappears as soon as he games and the minutes pile up.

Let's see what happens in the playoffs.

Expectations are raised. We're trying to win a title.

Can't waste prime years on mediocre coaches.
