when we say that scottie has potential lowry like two-way impact on the game this is a perfect example. just does a bunch of stuff that contributes to winning. gotta appreciate his game when the motor is on.

Yup.

Imagine him with a legit outside shooting star who draws double teams.

Scary

I don’t see any scenario we do that

Well, there goes the tank ladies and gentlemen. Enjoy the 13th pick again, and watch the franchise be in a rut for the next decade.

This is also where I'm at lol. We'll have to invent a lot of injuries and trade away a lot of guys to lose. There are teams with way worse rosters

We can still trade some of our vets if we get good deals. Resupply the draft cupboard while continuing to win. Look at a guy like Gradey and how far he's come since being drafted. We'll find a gem wherever we pick.

Scottie and RJ have some real good chemistry!
Kudos to RJ for his defensive here, you could see he has been a concerted effort on that end in the last little while.
Good win!

Scottie has been a dominant force these last 2 games. Hawks got no answers.

We really don't know that. It's possible winning puts the Raptors in a spot that jumps in the lottery this year. We're not going to out tank those other teams in the East

Being -16 in a 23 point win is kinda insane.

And relax you guys we weren’t gonna lose out the rest of the way. No need to be upset at wins lol.
If you guys thought we were really gonna be bottom 3 in the league with our current team you’re out to lunch. We have too much talent to be that bad

I hate the Gradey Dick pick - he is going to be a 1-dimensional player for a long time before he can be good enough both sides of the ball to start for a contender, if he becomes that. But the alternatives at that pick were even worse. I ultimately blame Masai for messing up our draft position over pointless wins and a play-in game that caused our 2023 draft choices to dwindle to Gradey Dick. And Masai is doing it again this season - for the reason of pumping some SRP-worth veteran player values in a year they called rebuild year 1

And honestly, I'm not convinced the Wizards and Jazz are going to be able to claw themselves above water anytime soon
