Hopefully. If Al plays, Joe will go double big a lot because he is coach Joe. In that case, Springer and Walsh won't play that much if at all. If Al is out too, then they will. No chance Joe gives Tillman any minutes.
It's just like the salary cap.
More money for the star players and less money for the role players because there is a salary cap.
While I agree with those who said Joe should play the bench guys more, it's not wise for Joe to do that.
Bench guys playing more means it will take away minutes from some of the top guys.
And less minutes for the top guys means it will affect their individual stats.
There's politics involved in this.

If it's truly about the team comes first, both Jays would agree to just playing around 32-31 minutes per game.
The Cavs are playing 10 men every game and it results in no player getting more than 31 minutes per game.
Donovan Mitchell's scoring has gone down compared to previous seasons.
But that's not because he's inefficient or not playing well.
It's simply because the minutes are down and the Cavs are really emphasizing sharing the wealth on offense.
