Miami isn't gonna abandon the development and mixing it in. It's too important for optionality. But this is absolutely the vision with Ware being able to be a 3&D center and pairing with Bam. Bam being Draymond. Bam being 2020 Bam.

This frontcourt has huge potential.

Saw he wanted to let it fly a few times, Orlando is just really good at limiting 3s

Awesome seeing Miami go jumbo and the blend of skillsets with Jovic-Bam-Ware and shooting. I hope it becomes a regular element into the future.

Orlando presented a unique opp for it to emerge bc they go jumbo themselves and don't really have a potent quick slashing threat. That negates the need for Miami to prioritize having a POA defender to stop teams from walking into the paint at will. Not that Miami has many of those POA defenders right now anyways.

Let's continue developing these future lineups and balance out the roster with all future transactions.

Picture this--Miami jumbo lineup working out the kinks and rolling with Herro and a true slashing scoring PG. Basically the only thing holding the jumbo group back was turnovers. Iron that out and infuse a reliable lead ballhandler and it all falls into place.

The starting unit needed Jovic’s ball handling at the SF spot badly. Herro was getting stressed as the lone ball handler. Highsmith not a good fit with that unit.

Bam w/ the jabs & shimmies is lethal. Im tellin’ ya guy has skills, just needs to be willing to pull ‘em out. Teams are f*cked if this is the Bam they’re forced to guard.
