The Indiana Pacers are uncertain whether to pay Myles Turner his expected asking price of over $30 million per season on his next contract, according to Jovan Buha of The Athletic.

Turner will be an unrestricted free agent after this season.

It is also unclear how available Turner is before the upcoming trade deadline.

Turner is averaging 15.6 points and 6.8 rebounds on the year.

In a league where Vu is getting 20mil per year and KP 30mil then it makes perfect sense that Turner wants around 30mil or even a bit more.. Does it make sense for a team to pay him that.. In the case of the pacers I would say yes but if your not going to then trade him now.. I honestly think he is worth a first round pick.. I imagine if they don't its likely that the nets pick him up.. Next season the nets won't own there pick so they would like to sign some winning players and turner would fit the bill..
