Oh good, another chance for Ant to shine against Orlando, hopefully he goes off big time. Although with Cronin it may make no difference even if Orlando was interested

This.

Cronin may also want things the Magic just aren't ready to give up... he might want multiple firsts for Simons, and he might want Isaac, it wouldn't be the first time Johnathan Isaac has been linked to the Blazers as a target of theirs. I suspect the deal flood gates will start opening up this weekend and next week. Fox and Butler need to get moved before everyone else starts getting serious and looking at their secondary options.

Scoot can't come out passive off the dribble in starts. He HAS to pressure defenses off the dribble. Lillard got away with doing that because of his threat from 3...Scoot has to make the most of his minutes if he's going to start.

It will be interesting to see if Banchero a comeback game tonight, having Bitadze that probably helps ORL as well

POR with an ugly start so far

Wagner hitting some tough shots

Ayton is actually playing tonight, he even just registered a block

Avdija with the and 1

Cole Anthony with a hot start 10pts

Looks like RW3 will be getting a DNP tonight, gotta believe if POR was so intent on keeping him, they would just play him?

Wow, is Avdija going to start getting favorable calls now? That did not look like a foul

I’d take Wagner over Banchero easily, I have not watched him a lot, but he is an impressive player

POR is scoring on some ridiculous shots

Strong drive by Scoot for a score

Sure looks like Banchero can’t handle double teams very well

ORL is just bricking 3’s right now, 2-12, what a pathetic shooting 3pt team, yeah sure, they don’t need any help

Camara with a block on Banchero, gets called for a foul the second time, and then he gets another block on him

POR 59%/55%

I don’t think that is sustainable

That is one offensively challenged team for a team needs to score to win consistently in the NBA

Right now ORL is the #6 seed in the EC, and they are losing to POR by 13, what a joke

Black looks off Bidtaze who has Simons on him in the post, lol. Bidtaze looked pissed, and rightfully so.

Black is an unimpressive player.

Great hustle play by Scoot throws it to Avdija for an and 1

If POR was in the EC, then CHI would have their pick in next year‘s draft, because they would be a playoff team, that’s how pathetic the EC conference is

Scoot with 13-4-5 so far tonight, not bad

Banton looking like a future G league All-Star

Nice steal by Scoot, pass to Camara for the lay in, then he almost gets anothersteal

It’s not even the end of the 3Q & ORL has already lost this game, down by 25, what a pathetic performance

How many more games like this does Scoot have to play, before Cronin realizes that it’s OK to trade Simons? 18-5-7

I wonder if Marang will give him credit tonight, or will he dog him again like he always does?

lol, stop it, Lamar, POR playing to make the playoffs/playin would be idiotic. Yeah let’s do that, give their pick to CHI, and get blown out, sounds like a fantastic plan. Utter delusion.

Maybe the Magic can still come back, but they are a lot farther away from that team on the rise than I expected. Franz and Paolo are such weird fits, they're so similar of player, almost feels like they'd be better off cashing out on one while their value is high and making the other the goto player for the team.

Fox would be amazing for them, but even Simons would do wonders.

Yeah I can’t believe, some NBA pundits were talking about them as an up & coming team, they can’t score to save their lives, they look absolutely pathetic

It's hard to complain about winning on the backs of the young guys. I guess we are out of the Cooper race now

lol, Cole Anthony, he’s had some really poor decisions tonight, not a player I would be interested in acquiring at all, I mean, I’d take him back as a contract to get something of value, but no interest in him as a player

Scoot having himself a game, look forward to him coming off the bench when Grant comes back

If I was a player on another team or a fan of that team, I would hate Camara, but he is sure good to have on your team.

lol, I am sure Cronin watches this game and says yeah we don’t need to trade anybody. We are already a playoff championship caliber team. These types of games are such fool’s gold

How many times now has ORL let the shot clock expire? 3? They’re already bad enough trying to score, yet they can’t even get a shot off in 24 seconds?

Winning the battle, losing the war, this team is destined for mediocrity
